ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Окупанти вдень запустили по місту крилату ракету по заповідній зоні на острові Хортиця, виникла пожежа.

ДОНБАС. Армія рф штурмує Гірську та Попаснянську громади у Луганській області, знищено майже 60 будинків, пошкоджено міст у Рубіжному. Росіяни 31 раз відкривали вогонь у бік житлових масивів Луганської області упродовж доби. Росія втратила десятки одиниць військової техніки на переправі через річку Сіверський Донець біля Білогорівки на Луганщині. Розслідувачі оцінюють кількість втрат у 73 одиниці техніки.
МАРІУПОЛЬ. Замкомандира полку “Азов” Святослав Паламар заявив, що на заводі “Азовсталь” наразі перебуває 600 тяжко поранених військових України. Попри вкрай важкі умови, українські військові навіть атакують окупантів на території заводу. Віце-прем’єр Ірина Верещук повідомила, що за дорученням президента Зеленського ведуться “дуже складні переговори” щодо евакуації тяжко поранених бійців з “Азовсталі” в обмін на полонених росіян. За її словами, зараз звідти намагаються витягнути 38 тяжко поранених бійців.

POLTAVA. The head of the local administration, Dmytro Lunin, announced the “arrival” of 12 Russian missiles at the Kremenchuk oil refinery and other infrastructure objects.

MIKOŁAJEW. „W Mikołajewie słychać wybuchy” – poinformował burmistrz Aleksander Senkiewicz. Miasto jest ostrzeliwane z wyrzutni rakiet, w szczególności z wykorzystaniem amunicji kasetowej. W ciągu ostatnich 24 godzin z powodu ostrzału w mieście wybuchło 5 pożarów.

ZAPOROŻE. W ciągu dnia okupanci wystrzelili na miasto rakietą skrzydlatą, w szczególności został trafiony chroniony obszar na wyspie Chortycia, wybuchł pożar.
CZERNIHÓW, SUMY. W wyniku nalotu na Nowgorod Siwerski w obwodzie czernihowskim zginęły 3 osoby, 14 zostało rannych. Według urzędu burmistrza uderzeniu uległy dwie szkoły. W pobliżu uszkodzona została administracja powiatowa, dom kultury, szpital, akademik collegu medycznego. 12 maja rano Rosjanie ostrzelali ciężką artylerią wieś Nowi Wirky na Sumszczyźnie. Według gubernatora Dmytra Żywickiego z terenu Rosji odbyło się około 20 nalotów. Jedna osoba zginęła.
DONBAS. Armia rosyjska zaatakowała miejscowości Górskie i Popasną w obwodzie łuhańskim, zniszczyła prawie 60 domów i uszkodziła most w Rubiżnym. Rosjanie w ciągu dnia ponad 30 razy ostrzeliwali osiedla mieszkaniowe obwodu łuhańskiego. Rosja straciła dziesiątki sprzętu wojskowego na przeprawie przez rzekę Siwerski Doniec w pobliżu Biłogorówki w obwodzie łuhańskim. Śledczy szacują liczbę strat na 73 jednostki.

MARIUPOL. Zastępca dowódcy pułku „Azow” Światosław Pałamar zgłosił, że w hucie „Azowstal” przebywa obecnie 600 ciężko rannych ukraińskich żołnierzy. Mimo ekstremalnie trudnych warunków wojsko ukraińskie nawet atakuje okupantów na terenie zakładu. Wicepremier Iryna Wereszczuk poinformowała, że na polecenie prezydenta Zełeńskiego prowadzone są “bardzo trudne negocjacje” w sprawie ewakuacji ciężko rannych bojowników z „Azowstalu” w zamian za wziętych do niewoli Rosjan. Według jej słów obecnie podejmują się próby ewakuacji 38 ciężko rannych żołnierzy.

79e jour d’une guerre à grande échelle en Ukraine. Comme l’a souligné le président Zelensky, la défaite stratégique de la Russie est déjà évidente pour tous dans le monde. Chiffres du jour :
- Selon le Haut Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés, plus de 6 millions de personnes ont quitté l’Ukraine depuis l’invasion russe et plus de 8 millions ont été déplacées à l’intérieur du pays.
- Le Conseil des droits de l’homme de l’ONU a voté l’ouverture d’une enquête sur les crimes de guerre russes en Ukraine. Cette décision a été soutenue par 33 pays, contrée par la Chine et l’Erythrée, 12 pays se sont abstenus.

- Au 24 février, 570 installations médicales, dont 101 hôpitaux, ont été détruites en raison des hostilités, a déclaré le président Zelensky.
- À la suite d’une frappe aérienne nocturne à Novhorod-Siverskyi, oblast de Tchernihiv, 3 personnes sont mortes et 14 ont été blessées. Selon la mairie, la grève a touché deux écoles. Une maison de la culture, un hôpital et un dortoir d’une faculté de médecine ont été endommagés à proximité.
- La zone des enterrements collectifs a augmenté dans la banlieue de Marioupol. Une image satellite du village de Staryi Krym a montré que du 24 avril au 8 mai, le site d’inhumation de masse dans le cimetière est passé de 200 à 340 mètres.
- À Odessa, le palais historique de Vorontsov a été endommagé lors d’un des bombardements.
- Au 10 mai, le montant total des dommages directs documentés aux infrastructures ukrainiennes s’élevait à plus de 94,3 milliards de dollars. Les pertes totales de l’économie ukrainienne dues à la guerre vont de 564 à 600 milliards de dollars.
- Le déminage de l’Ukraine peut prendre de 5 à 10 ans. Chaque jour, les artificiers saisissent de 2 à 5 000 objets explosifs. Depuis le début de la guerre, le Service national d’urgence d’Ukraine a enquêté sur plus de 20 000 hectares de terres, trouvé et éliminé plus de 100 000 objets.

- Les troupes russes ont commis 231 crimes environnementaux en Ukraine et en mer Noire.
Faits importants sur la situation en Ukraine le 13 mai:
KHARKIV. Une personne a été tuée et trois autres ont été blessées dans le bombardement russe des villages de Derhachi et Mala Danylivka dans l’oblast de Kharkiv, selon le chef de l’administration régionale Oleh Syniehubov. Le bureau du procureur a déclaré que le 12 mai, l’armée russe avait lancé une frappe de missiles sur le territoire de l’aéroport de Kharkiv.
POLTAVA. Le chef de l’administration locale, Dmytro Lunin, a annoncé “l’arrivée” de 12 missiles russes à la raffinerie de pétrole de Krementchouk et à d’autres objets d’infrastructure.
MYKOLAIV. “Des explosions se font entendre à Mykolaïv”, – a rapporté le maire Oleksandr Senkevych. La ville est bombardée par plusieurs lance-roquettes, en particulier avec l’utilisation d’armes à sous-munitions. Il y a eu 5 incendies dans la ville au cours des dernières 24 heures en raison des bombardements.

ZAPORIZHZHIA. Dans la journée, les occupants ont lancé un missile de croisière sur l’île de Khortytsia, un incendie s’est déclaré.
CHERNIHIV, SUMY. À la suite de la frappe aérienne sur Novgorod-Siverskyi, oblast de Tchernihiv, 3 personnes ont été tuées et 14 blessées. Selon la mairie, la grève a touché deux écoles. L’administration du district, la maison de la culture, l’hôpital et le dortoir de la faculté de médecine ont été endommagés à proximité. Le matin du 12 mai, les Russes ont tiré à l’artillerie lourde sur le village de Novi Virky dans l’oblast de Soumy. Selon le gouverneur Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, il y a eu environ 20 frappes en provenance de Russie. Une personne est décédée.
DONBAS. L’armée russe a pris d’assaut Hirske et Popasna dans l’oblast de Lougansk, détruit près de 60 maisons et endommagé le pont de Rubizhne. Les Russes ont ouvert le feu 31 fois en direction des zones résidentielles de l’oblast de Louhansk pendant la journée. La Russie a perdu des dizaines de véhicules militaires lors de la traversée de la rivière Siverskyi Donets près de Bilohorivka dans l’oblast de Lougansk. Les enquêteurs estiment le nombre de pertes à 73 unités de véhicules militaires.

MARIUPOL. Sviatoslav Palamar, commandant adjoint du bataillon Azov, a déclaré qu’il y avait actuellement 600 militaires ukrainiens grièvement blessés à l’usine d’Azovstal. Malgré des conditions extrêmement difficiles, les militaires ukrainiens parviennent même à attaquer les occupants. La vice-première ministre Iryna Vereshchuk a déclaré que des “négociations très difficiles” étaient en cours au nom du président Zelensky pour évacuer les combattants d’Azovstal grièvement blessés en échange des Russes capturés. Selon elle, les négociations pour évacuer 38 militaires grièvement blessés sont actuellement en cours.
