144 день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Загарбники щодня намагаються перетворити наші мирні міста у руїни. Крилаті ракети та цинічна алчність кремлівського режиму щодня забирають життя наших дітей. Очевидно, що будь-якою зброєю росії не вдасться зламати нашу єдність і збити нас зі своєї дороги. І так само очевидним має бути й те, що українську єдність не зламати брехнею чи залякуванням, фейками чи теоріями змови. Ми вистоїмо й переможемо. Відвоюємо своє й відбудуємо нормальне життя. Ми обовʼязково відновимо все, що зруйнували окупанти. Кожен із понад двох тисяч освітніх закладів – усі дитячі садочки, усі школи, інститути, університети. А головне – ми збережемо нашу людяність і нашу цивілізованість. Ми зробимо це разом – тільки так це можливо. Кожен із нас – Воїн! Станьте поруч із нами! #StandWithUkraine

Кількість жертв у результаті російського ракетного удару по Вінниці 14 липня зросла до 24 людей – у лікарні померла постраждала жінка. З-під завалів на місці ракетного удару працівники ДСНС врятували 3 людей, доля ще одної людини невідома,
- У результаті російського обстрілу Нікополя Дніпропетровської області 15 липня загинули двоє людей та ще одна жінка отримала поранення.
- В окупованому Херсоні через дії загарбників загинули мати з малолітньою донькою, – Офіс Генпрокурора. Загалом у результаті російської військової агресії загинуло 353 дитини. Понад 662 дитини отримали поранення.
- Троє людей загинули внаслідок обстрілів Донецької області 16 липня, ще 12 людей отримали поранення. росія продовжує завдавати ударів по цивільній інфраструктурі області.

бомбардувальників Ту-95МС із району Каспійськогоморя, – командування Повітряних сил ЗСУ. Ще 2 ракети потрапили до сільськогосподарського підприємства в Черкаській області. Завдано шкоди сільгосптехніці та поголів’ю худоби.
- На Запорізькій АЕС росіяни встановлюють ракетні комплекси, з яких обстрілюють Нікополь. Окупанти продовжують завозити військову техніку на територію АЕС, зараз там близько 500 солдатів армії росії, – НАЕК «Енергоатом».
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 17 липня:
ДОНБАС. Як повідомляє Генштаб, на Словʼянському та Бахмутському напрямках росіяни намагалися покращити тактичне положення і встановити контроль над Вуглегірською ТЕС, однак українські військові змусили противника відійти. Голова Луганської обласної держадміністрації Сергій Гайдай заявив, що російським військовим, як і раніше, не вдається повністю взяти під контроль трасу Бахмут — Лисичанськ. За його словами, українські військові успішно відбили чергову спробу захопити трасу.

Троє людей загинули внаслідок обстрілів Донецької області 16 липня, ще 12 людей отримали поранення. росія продовжує завдавати ударів по цивільній інфраструктурі області: постраждали школа, дитсадок та центр дитячої творчості. У Костянтинівці росіяни обстріляли територію медичного коледжу. Ввечері 16 липня російські війська завдали ракетного удару по Покровську. Є загиблі та поранені, пошкоджено 16 житлових будинків.
ХАРКІВ. Внаслідок обстрілу російськими військами міста Чугуїв в ніч на 16 липня, за даними місцевої влади, було зруйновано одну зі шкіл міста, магазин будівельних матеріалів та кілька житлових будинків. Голова Харківської області Олег Синегубов повідомив про трьох загиблих та трьох поранених. Через обстріли в ніч на 17 липня в Харкові спалахнув поверх виробничої будівлі, постраждала жінка. Бойові дії в області продовжуються, “гарячим” залишається Ізюмський напрямок.
МИКОЛАЇВ. Про масований обстріл міста цієї ночі повідомив голова регіональної адміністрації Віталій Кім. Внаслідок влучення ракет по двох промислових підприємствах почалася пожежа. У селі Шевченкове троє людей загинули, є поранені. Одна жінка загинула у Широківській громаді.

ОДЕСА. По території Одеської області вранці 16 липня було завдано нового ракетного удару. Ракета потрапила до складу комерційної компанії, на якій виникла сильна пожежа. Площа загоряння становила 10 тис. квадратних метрів складських приміщень. Одна людина поранена.
ВІННИЦЯ. ДСНС завершила роботи з розбирання завалів і після російського ракетного удару. Всього в результаті обстрілу пошкоджено та зруйновано 55 багатоквартирних та приватних житлових будинків, 40 автомобілів та 2 трамваї. Загинули 24 людини, з них троє – це діти. Звернулися за допомогою 202 людини, з них 68 госпіталізовано у тому числі 4 дитини, 110 надано допомогу амбулаторно.

The 144th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Invaders try to turn our peaceful cities into ruins every day. Cruise missiles and the kremlin regime’s cynical greed take our children’s lives daily. It is evident that russia will not succeed in breaking our unity and driving us from our path with any weapon. And it is just as obvious that Ukrainian unity cannot be harmed by lies or intimidation, fakes or conspiracy theories. We will hold out and win. We will reclaim our own and rebuild an everyday life. We will definitely restore everything that the occupiers have destroyed. Every one of the two thousand educational institutions – every kindergarten, school, institute, university. Most importantly, we will keep our humanity and our civilisation. We will do it together – it is the only thing possible. Each of us is a Warrior! Please stand with us! #StandWithUkraine

The death toll from the russian missile strike on Vinnytsia on 14 July has risen to 24 – a female victim has died in hospital. The State Emergencies Service rescued three people from under the rubble at the site of the missile attack, while the fate of another person is unknown,
- russian shelling of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, on 15 July killed two people and injured another woman.
- In occupied Kherson, a mother and her infant daughter were killed by invaders – Office of the Prosecutor General. A total of 353 children died as a result of russian military aggression. More than 662 children were injured.
- Three people died from shelling in the Donetsk region on 16 July, and 12 others were wounded. russia continues to hit civilian infrastructure in the area.
- Four Kh-101 (X-555) missiles fired from Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Caspian Sea area were destroyed by Ukrainian air defence forces on 16 July – Air Force Command. Two more missiles hit an agricultural enterprise in the Cherkasy region. Farm machinery and livestock were damaged.

The russians are installing missile systems at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, which they use to shell Nikopol. The occupants keep bringing military equipment to the territory of the nuclear power plant; now, there are about 500 soldiers of the russian army – NAEC Energoatom.
What’s important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of 17 July:
DONBAS. According to the General Staff, in Slovyansk and Bakhmut, the russians tried to improve the tactical situation and establish control over the Vuglegirska TPP, but the Ukrainian military forced the enemy to retreat. The head of the Luhansk regional state administration, Serhiy Gaidai, said that the russian army still failed to take complete control of the Bakhmut-Lysychansk highway. According to him, the Ukrainian military successfully repelled another attempt to seize the road.
Three people died due to shelling in Donetsk Region on 16 July, and 12 others were wounded. russia continues to hit civilian infrastructure in the region: a school, a kindergarten and a children’s art centre were hit. The russians shelled the territory of a medical college in Kostyantynivka. On the evening of 16 July, russian troops launched a rocket attack on Pokrovsk. There are dead and wounded, and 16 residential buildings were damaged.

KHARKIV. As a result of the russian troops’ shelling of the town of Chuguiv on the night of 16 July, according to local authorities, one of the town’s schools, a construction materials shop and several residential buildings were destroyed. The head of the Kharkiv Region, Oleh Sinehubov, reported three dead and three wounded. Shelling on the night of 17 July caused a fire on top of an industrial building in Kharkiv, injuring a woman. Fighting in the region continues, with the Izyum direction remaining “hot”.
MYKOLAIV. Massive shelling of the city this night was reported by the head of the regional administration, Vitaly Kim. Two industrial enterprises were hit by rockets, and a fire broke out. In the village of Shevchenkovo, three people were killed, and there were injuries. One woman was killed in the Shirokovo community.
ODESA. A new rocket attack was launched on the territory of the Odesa region on the morning of 16 July. A missile hit a commercial company where a massive fire broke out. The area of the fire was 10,000 square metres of storage space. One person was injured.

VINNYTSIA. The State Emergencies Service has also completed debris removal work after the russian missile strike. A total of 55 apartment blocks and private houses, 40 cars and two trams were damaged and destroyed due to the shelling. Twenty-four people were killed, of whom three were children. There were 202 people seeking help, of whom 68 were hospitalised, including four children, and 110 were treated as outpatients.
