143 день повномасштабної війни в Україні. В результаті терористичного акту, скоєного російськими загарбниками у Вінниці, трагічно загинула студентка нашого університету Олександра Борівська. Терористи забрали життя молодої дівчини, яка тільки успішно закінчила перший курс і мала попереду все своє яскраве життя. Університетська родина висловлює глибокі співчуття сім’ї та близьким і вшановує пам’ять Олександри.
Ми ніколи не забудемо і не пробачимо цей кривавий злочин. Як і не можуть бути пробачені нові терористичні удари по Дніпру, Одесі, Харкову, Миколаєву. Російські загарбники цілеспрямовано розстрілюють наші мирні міста та людей. Як підкреслив президент Зеленський, окупанти усвідомлюють, що ми поступово стаємо сильнішими, і мета їхнього терору дуже проста – тиснути на наше суспільство, залякувати людей, завдавати максимальної шкоди українським містам, поки російські терористи ще здатні це робити.
Звичайно, ми прийдемо до того дня, коли російський терор стане неможливим. Але для цього ще потрібен час. Ще потрібно боротися. Кожен із нас – Воїн! Станьте поруч із нами! #StandWithUkraine
Цифри дня:
- Ідентифіковано тіла 19 із 23 загиблих від ракетного удару по Вінниці 15 липня. Вдалося впізнати двох дітей – хлопчиків семи та восьми років. Один із них чекав на дорослих в автомобілі на парковці Будинку офіцерів, другий загинув разом з матір’ю в будівлі медичного центру. Мама загиблої 4-річної дівчинки Лізи досі у важкому стані у реанімації та не знає про смерть своєї дитини.

- Внаслідок ворожого удару по Дніпру ввечері 15 липня наразі відомо про трьох загиблих, ще 15 людей отримали поранення, – регіональна адміністрація.
- У Миколаєві ракетним ударом зруйновані педагогічний університет імені Сухомлинського та єдиний у країні університет кораблебудування.
- За останню добу від російських ударів по населеним пунктам Донецької області загинули 8 мирних мешканців, ще 15 – поранені.
- росія у 60 разів частіше атакувала цивільні об’єкти, ніж військові, – Міністерство внутрішніх справ. З початку вторгнення російські війська завдали 17314 ударів по цивільних об’єктах і трохи більше 300 – по військових.
- Завдяки американським ракетним артилерійським системам HIMARS українські військові знищили вже більше 30 логістичних воєнних об’єктів росіян, — Міноборони
- Єврокомісія запропонувала сьомий пакет санкцій проти рф, що включає ембарго на експорт золота. Прийняття пакету очікується 20 липня.

ВІННИЦЯ. Серед загиблих 15 липня вдалося впізнати двох дітей – хлопчиків семи та восьми років. Один із них чекав на дорослих в автомобілі на паркуванні Будинку офіцерів, другий загинув разом з матір’ю в будівлі медичного центру, повідомили в Нацполіції. Усього ідентифіковано тіла 19 із 23 загиблих. Ще 8 людей вважаються зниклими безвісти. 80 постраждалих залишаються у лікарні. Після ракетного удару за допомогою до медиків звернулися 197 людей, підрахувала місцева влада.
ДНІПРО. Ввечері 15 липня росіяни завдали ракетного удару по промисловому підприємству «Южмаш» та багатолюдній вулиці поряд. Наразі відомо про трьох загиблих, ще 16 людей отримали поранення. Командування Повітряних сил України повідомляє, що по місту було випущено ракети Х-101 з літаків Ту-95 Мс над північною частиною Каспійського моря. Зранку 16 липня окупанти обстріляли з “Градів” житлові квартали Нікополя. Одна жінка поранена. Пошкоджено школу, будівлю ПТУ та 12 п’ятиповерхових будинків. Під завалами зруйнованих квартир попередньо перебувають двоє людей.
ОДЕСА. 15 липня 3 російські ракети атакували Одесу, одна з них була збита силемами ППО, повідомив голова Одеської адміністрації Максим Марченко. Також він підтвердив загибель чоловіка який підірвався під час забороненого купання у морі. Зранку 16 липня повідомляється про ще один ракетний удар по Одесі. За даними місцевої влади, обстріл припав на цивільну інфраструктуру. Інформації щодо постраждалих немає.

ДОНБАС. За останню добу двічі ударів зазнавав Краматорськ, ворог обстрілював із реактивних систем залпового вогню Авдіївку, Соледар, Слов’янськ. У Бахмуті окупанти запустили ракету по центральному ринку міста. За даними регіональної адміністрації, в регіоні за добу загинули 8 мирних мешканців, ще 15 – поранені. Голова Луганської адміністрації Сергій Гайдай повідомив про 4 ракетних удари, три артилерійські атаки та ще 5 довготривалих мінометних обстрілах по населеним пунктам регіону.
ХАРКІВ. Внаслідок ракетних ударів по Чугуєву цієї ночі загинуло троє людей, ще троє були госпіталізовані. За даними регіональної адміністрації, зруйновано житловий багатоквартирний будинок, пошкоджено школу, магазин будівельних матеріалів. Розбір завалів продовжується. Протягом доби під обстрілом опинилися Дергачівська громада, Ізюмський район. Без постраждалих.
СУМИ. Сумська область зазнала масованого обстрілу вчора ввечері та сьогодні вранці. Під удари потрапили чотири громади. Про жертви серед населення не повідомляється.
КИЇВ. В небі Білоцерківського району Київщини у п’ятницю ввечері збили ворожу ракету. Попередньо, жертв і руйнувань немає, уламки ракети впали в поле.

The 143rd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. As a result of terrorism committed by russian invaders in Vinnytsia, a student of our university, Olexandra Borovska, tragically died. The russian terrorists took the life of the young woman who had just successfully completed her first year of studying and had a whole bright life ahead of her. The university family extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends and honours Alexandra’s memory.
We will never forget or forgive this bloody crime. Nor can the new terrorist attacks on Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv and Mykolaiv be forgiven. The russian invaders are targeting our peaceful cities and people. As President Zelenskiy stressed, the occupiers realise that we are gradually becoming stronger, and the aim of their terror is straightforward – to pressure our society, intimidate people, and cause maximum damage to Ukrainian cities while russian terrorists are still able to do so.
Of course, we will come to the day when russian terror becomes impossible. But it will still take time. There is still a battle to be fought. Each one of us is a Warrior! Please stand with us! #StandWithUkraine

- The bodies of 19 of the 23 people killed in the missile attack on Vinnytsia on 15 July have been identified. Among them were two children – boys aged seven and eight. One was waiting for an adult in a car in the House of Officers car park; the other was killed with his mother in the medical centre building. The mother of the deceased 4-year-old girl Liza is still in intensive care and is unaware of her child’s death.

- As a result of the enemy strike on the Dnipro River on the evening of 15 July, three people are known dead and 15 others injured – regional administration.
- A missile strike in Mykolayiv destroyed the Sukhomlinskiy Pedagogical University and the country’s only shipbuilding university.
- russian strikes on populated areas in the Donetsk region killed 8 civilians and injured 15 more in the past 24 hours.
- russia was 60 times more likely to attack civilian targets than military ones – Interior Ministry. Since the start of the invasion, russian forces have conducted 17,314 strikes on civilian targets and just over 300 on military ones.
- Ukrainian military has already destroyed over 30 russian military logistical facilities thanks to US HIMARS missile artillery systems – Ministry of Defence
- The European Commission has proposed a seventh package of sanctions against russia, including a gold export embargo. The package is expected to be adopted on 20 July.

VINNYTSIA. Two children, boys aged seven and eight, were recognised among the dead on 15 July, the National Police said. A total of 19 of the 23 bodies have been identified. Another eight people have been reported missing. 80 injured remain in hospital. After the missile strike, 197 people sought help from medics, local authorities estimated.
DNIPRO. On the evening of 15 July, the russians launched a missile attack on the Yuzhmash industrial plant and a crowded street nearby. So far, three people are known to have been killed and 16 others wounded. The Ukrainian Air Force command reports that X-101 missiles were fired from Tu-95 Ms aircraft over the northern Caspian Sea. On the morning of 16 July, the occupiers fired Grad missiles at residential areas of Nikopol. One woman was wounded. A school, a vocational school building and 12 five-storey houses were damaged. Two people are tentatively under the rubble of the destroyed flats.
ODESA. On 15 July, three russian missiles attacked Odesa, and one of them was shot down by air defence forces, according to the head of the regional administration, Maxim Marchenko. He also confirmed the death of a man who had been blown up while swimming in the sea. On the morning of 16 July, another missile strike was reported in Odesa. infrastructure. There is no information about casualties.
DONBAS. Over the past 24 hours, Kramatorsk has suffered two rocket strikes; the enemy shelled Avdiivka, Soledar and Slovyansk using multiple rocket launchers. In Bakhmut, the occupants launched a rocket at the city’s central market. According to the regional administration, eight civilians were killed and 15 more wounded in the region overnight. The head of the Luhansk administration, Serhiy Gaidai, reported four rocket attacks, three artillery attacks and five more prolonged mortar attacks on the region’s population centres.
KHARKIV. Rocket strikes in Chuguiv last night killed three people and hospitalised three others. According to the regional administration, a residential apartment building was destroyed, and a school and a building materials shop were damaged. Debris removal is continuing. During the day, the Dergachi village community and the Izyum district came under fire. No casualties.
SUMY. Sumy region came under massive shelling last night and this morning. Four communities were hit. No casualties among the population have been reported.
KYIV. An enemy missile was shot down in the skies of the Bilotserkivsky district of the Kyiv region on Friday evening. Preliminarily, there were no casualties or destruction; the missile’s wreckage fell in a field.
