213-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Під істеричний галас «своїх не кидаємо» на зігнаних кремлем мітингах, російських чоловіків хапають буквально на вулицях та відправляють помирати в Україну, наче скот на забій. На окупованих українських територіях під дулами автоматів наших співгромадян примушують «голосувати» на так званих «референдумах». Таке сюрреалістичне мракобісся важко уявити в будь-якій цивілізованій країні. Вони розраховують на наш страх. Але все, що відбувається зараз в росії, викликає лише сміх та огиду.
Україна вже неодноразово довела, що за нами не тільки правда, а й сила, ініціатива та впевненість у перемозі. Від початку активних дій на сході нашої держави у вересні вже звільнено понад 9 тисяч квадратних кілометрів української території та близько 400 населених пунктів. І ми продовжуємо боротися за кожен сантиметр рідної української землі. Імена наших героїв будуть збережені і шануватимуться не тільки українським народом, але й усіма у світі, хто цінує свободу і хто ніколи не підкориться будь-яким загарбникам.

Цифри дня:
- Україна на війні щодня втрачає близько 50 військовослужбовців, повідомив Президент Зеленський. Загалом на війні загинуло вп’ятеро менше українських військових, аніж російських.
- Генштаб ЗСУ: За добу російські військові завдали п’яти ракетних та 14 авіаційних ударів, здійснили понад 60 обстрілів з РСЗВ з військових та цивільних об’єктів на території України. Під вогнем знаходилися понад 60 населених пунктів.

Для ударів по Дніпру та Одесі російська армія застосувала іранські безпілотники. Сім із них були збиті українськими зенітниками та силами ППО. Ухвалено рішення позбавити посла Ірану в Україні акредитації, а також суттєво скоротити кількість дипломатичного персоналу цієї країни.
- Українські IT-активісти проводять DDoS-атаку на російську платіжну систему «Мир» та її оператора Національну систему платіжних карток.
- На тимчасово окупованій території України окупаційна влада проводить так звані «референдуми». Співробітники «опитувальних комісій», у супроводі озброєних російських військовослужбовців, збирають підписи місцевих жителів безпосередньо в місцях їх проживання.
- Декілька десятків жителів окупованого міста Снігурівка в Миколаївській області вийшли на мітинг проти «референдуму», повідомляє УНІАН.
- З початку війни в Україні загинула 391 дитина, ще 773 дитини було поранено, – Офісі генерального прокурора уточнив дані, але вони не є остаточними.

На місці масового поховання в Ізюмі ексгумовано 436 тіл. Багато загиблих людей мають ознаки насильницької смерті, у 30 виявили сліди тортур. «Є тіла з мотузкою на шиї, зі зв’язаними руками, з поламаними кінцівками та вогнепальними пораненнями. У кількох чоловіків ампутовані геніталії. Все це докази жахливих тортур, які окупанти піддавали жителям Ізюма», – повідомив голова Харківської області Олег Синєгубов. У цьому районі виявлені ще 3 місця масових поховань.
- Голова Слідчої комісії ООН Ерік Месе, виступаючи у Раді з прав людини, заявив, що його комісія зібрала докази військових злочинів, скоєних російськими військовими в Україні “у величезному масштабі”.
- Польща, Ірландія та країни Балтії пропонують розширити європейські санкції щодо Росії.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 24 вересня:
ОДЕСА. Після атаки дронів-камікадзе в Одесі загинув один мирний житель. Два безпілотники зруйнували адміністративну будівлю в районі порту, виникла пожежа. Ще один безпілотник збили над морем силами ППО.

ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. За 23 вересня в результаті обстрілів загинули 2 мирних мешканців у Бахмуті та Красногорівці. Ще 3 людей поранено.
ХАРКІВ. Внаслідок обстрілів з російської сторони у Куп’янському районі постраждали 5 осіб, у тому числі 2 дітей. У Чугуївському районі внаслідок підриву на мінах було поранено двох грибників.
ДНІПРО. Вранці росіяни атакували область з «Градів» та «Ураганів». Двоє людей поранені, одна – у тяжкому стані. У Марганці пошкодили хлібозавод та лінію електропередач.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. О п’ятій ранку місто зазнало ракетної атаки. Одна ракета потрапила до житлового сектору та викликала пожежу у багатоквартирному будинку. Одна жінка загинула, ще 9 людей постраждали.
МИКОЛАЇВ. Вночі повідомлялося про ракетний удар по місту. Весь ранок у місті лунають повітряні тривоги. Подробиць поки що немає.

213th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Under the hysterical cry of “we do not abandon our own” at the rallies organised by the kremlin, russian men are being captured literally on the streets and sent to die in Ukraine like cattle for slaughter. In the occupied Ukrainian territories, our fellow citizens are forced at gunpoint to “vote” in the so-called “referendums”. Such surreal obscurantism is hard to imagine in any civilised country. They are counting on our fear. But everything that is happening now in russia causes only laughter and disgust.
Ukraine has repeatedly proved that we have not only the truth but also strength, initiative and confidence in victory. Since the beginning of active actions in the east of our country in September, more than 9 thousand square kilometres of Ukrainian territory and about 400 settlements have been liberated. And we continue to fight for every inch of our native Ukrainian land. The names of our heroes will be preserved and honoured by the Ukrainian people and by everyone in the world who values freedom and will never submit to any invaders.

- Ukraine loses about 50 soldiers daily in the war, President Zelenskiy said. Five times fewer Ukrainian army members than russians have died in the war.
- AFU General Staff: Over the past day, the russian military carried out five missile and 14 air strikes and fired more than 60 MLRS attacks on military and civilian targets in Ukraine. More than 60 settlements were under fire.

The russian army used Iranian drones to attack Dnipro and Odesa. Seven of them were shot down by Ukrainian anti-aircraft and air defence forces. It was decided to deprive the Iranian ambassador to Ukraine of accreditation and significantly reduce the number of diplomatic personnel of this country in Ukraine.
- Ukrainian IT activists conduct a DDoS attack on the russian payment system “Mir” and its operator National Payment Card System.
- The occupation authorities are holding so-called “referendums” in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Employees of “polling commissions”, accompanied by armed russian servicemen, collect signatures of residents directly in their places of residence.
- Several dozens of residents of the occupied town of Snigurivka in the Mykolaiv region rallied against the “referendum”, UNIAN reports.
- Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, 391 children have been killed and another 773 wounded, the Prosecutor General’s Office clarified the data, but it is not final.

436 bodies have been exhumed at the mass grave site in Izyum. Many of the dead people have signs of violent death, and 30 showed signs of torture. “There are bodies with a rope around the neck, hands tied, broken limbs, and gunshot wounds. Several men had their genitals amputated. All this is evidence of the terrible tortures that the occupiers subjected the residents of Izium,” said the head of the Kharkiv region Oleg Syniehubov. Three more mass graves were discovered in the area.
- The head of the UN Commission of Inquiry, Eric Messe, speaking at the Human Rights Council, said that his commission had collected evidence of war crimes committed by the russian military in Ukraine “on a huge scale”.
- Poland, Ireland and Baltic states propose to extend European sanctions against russia.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of September 24:
ODESA. One civilian was killed after a kamikaze drone attack in Odesa. Two drones destroyed an administrative building in the port area and started a fire. Another drone was shot down over the sea by air defence forces.

DONETSK REGION. On September 23, 2 civilians were killed in Bakhmut and Krasnohorivka due to russian shelling. 3 more people were wounded.
KHARKIV. 5 people, including two children, were wounded in the Kupyansk district due to shelling from the russian side. In the Chuhuiv district, two mushroom pickers were injured due to a mine explosion.
DNIPRO. In the morning, russians attacked the region with “Grad” and “Uragan”. Two people were wounded, one – in serious condition. In Marganets, a bakery and a power line were damaged.
ZAPORIZHZHYA. At 5:00, the city came under a rocket attack. One rocket hit the residential sector and caused a fire in an apartment building. One woman was killed, and nine more people were injured.
MYKOLAIV. At night, a rocket attack on the city was reported. Air raid alarms have been sounding in the city all morning. There are no details yet.
