246-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Найжорсткіші бої тривають на Донеччині. Як зазначив президент Зеленський, під Бахмутом та Авдіївкою зараз найбільше видно божевілля російського командування: день за днем, протягом місяців, вони женуть туди людей на смерть, зосереджують там максимальну потужність артилерійських ударів. Пишаємося героїзмом наших захисників, які тримають позиції та не дають ворогу жодного шансу просунутися вперед. Дякуємо всім, хто допомагає боротися проти російського терору. Маємо також тримати енергетичний фронт, адже свідоме споживання енергії всіма українцями зараз – це також важлива запорука нашої спільної Перемоги. Ми, українці, хочемо простих і зрозумілих речей: звільнити свою землю, гарантувати безпеку своєму народу, забезпечити мир нашим дітям. Слава всім, хто воює й працює заради свободи України! - Генштаб ЗСУ: протягом доби ворог завдав 18 авіаційних та 4 ракетних ударів і здійснив 56 обстрілів з РСЗВ. Постраждали Куп’янськ, Дружківка та Запоріжжя.
- Вночі по Україні було випущено понад два десятки іранських безпілотників Shahed-136. 19 із них знищила ППО, як і керовану авіаційну ракету Х-59, – Командування Повітряних Сил ЗСУ.
- Президент Зеленський: загальна кількість збитих російських гвинтокрилів наближається вже до 250. Російські окупанти втратили вже стільки техніки, скільки більшість армій світу ніколи не матимуть на озброєнні.

- Наступ ЗСУ на Херсон наразі дещо сповільнився через несприятливі погодні умови, розповів міністр оборони Олексій Резніков в інтерв’ю Fox News.
- На щойно звільнених територіях ексгумували близько тисячі тіл загиблих, повідомили в уряді. Зокрема, майже 450 тіл ексгумовано в Ізюмі – на місці одного з наймасовіших поховань. У процесі відкриваються шокуючі факти звірств окупантів: серед загиблих не тільки військові, але й цивільні – дорослі та діти.
- Сенат Польщі ухвалив резолюцію про визнання російської влади терористичним режимом. Рішення було ухвалено одноголосно.
- Генсек НАТО Єнс Столтенберг назвав абсурдними заяви Кремля про підготовку України до використання «брудної бомби».

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 27 жовтня:
КИЇВ. Вночі росіяни завдали удару по Київщині, є декілька прильотів в одній із громад – попередньо без жертв та постраждалих. Ворожі повітряні об’єкти були ліквідовані силами ППО.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Місцева влада повідомила про нічні «прильоти» з РСЗВ «Смерч» на околицях міста. Об’єкти інфраструктури залишилися без електропостачання, на місці виникла пожежа. У деяких будівлях вилетіли шибки.
ХАРКІВ. В Ізюмському районі Харківщини автомобіль піротехніків ДСНС наїхав на ворожу міну, попередньо протитанкову. Одна людина загинула, п’ятеро отримали поранення, стан трьох поранених тяжкий, повідомив голова ОВА Олег Синєгубов. Крім того, вчора біля смт Козача Лопань на міні підірвалася жінка, яка пасла кіз.

ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. російські війська продовжують спроби наступу на Бахмутському та Авдіївському напрямах. За минулу добу внаслідок російських обстрілів загинув один мирний житель у Бахмуті, ще 4 людини отримали поранення. Крім того, правоохоронці виявили тіла чотирьох цивільних, які загинули під час окупації у Дробишевому. Цієї ночі у Краматорську під обстріл потрапило промислове підприємство, є значні руйнування.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

246th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The fiercest fighting continues in the Donetsk region. As President Zelenskiy noted, the insanity of the russian command is now most visible near Bakhmut and Avdiivka: day after day, for months, they are driving people there to deaths, concentrating the maximum power of artillery strikes. We are proud of the heroism of our defenders who hold positions and do not give the enemy any chance to advance. We are thankful for everyone who helps to fight against russian terror. We must also keep the energy front because conscious energy consumption by all Ukrainians is also an important guarantee of our joint Victory. We, Ukrainians, want simple and straightforward things: to liberate our land, guarantee our people’s security, and ensure peace for our children. - AFU General Staff: during the day, the enemy conducted 18 air and 4 missile strikes and 56 attacks from MLRS. Kupiansk, Druzhkivka and Zaporizhzhia were damaged.
- More than two dozen Iranian Shahed-136 drones were launched overnight in Ukraine. 19 of them were destroyed by air defence, as well as an X-59 guided missile – the AFU Air Force Command.
- President Zelenskiy: the total number of downed russian helicopters is approaching 250. The russian occupiers have already lost as much equipment as most armies in the world will never have in service.

- The AFU offensive on Kherson has slowed down somewhat due to adverse weather conditions, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said in an interview with Fox News.
- About a thousand bodies of the dead have been exhumed on the newly liberated territories, the government reported. In particular, almost 450 bodies were exhumed in Izium, the site of one of the largest mass graves. In the process, shocking facts of the occupiers’ atrocities are revealed: among the dead are not only military but also civilians – adults and children.
- The Senate of Poland adopted a resolution recognising the russian authorities as a terrorist regime. The decision was adopted unanimously.
- NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called absurd the kremlin’s statements about Ukraine’s preparations to use a “dirty bomb”.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of October 27:
KYIV. russians struck the Kyiv region at night; there were several arrivals in one of the communities – preliminary without casualties and injuries. Air defence forces eliminated enemy air objects.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. Local authorities reported night “arrivals” from “Smerch” MLRS on the city’s outskirts. Infrastructure objects were left without a power supply, and a fire broke out. Windows in some buildings were blown out.
KHARKIV. In the Izyum district, a vehicle of pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service was hit by an anti-tank mine. One person was killed, five were wounded, and the condition of three is serious, said the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov. In addition, a woman who was herding goats hit a mine near Kozacha Lopan yesterday.

DONETSK REGION. russian troops continue their attempts to advance in Bakhmut and Avdiivka. Over the last day, one civilian was killed in Bakhmut, and four more people were wounded due to russian shelling. Moreover, law enforcement officers found the bodies of four civilians who died during the occupation in Drobysheve. Last night in Kramatorsk, an industrial enterprise came under fire, and there was significant destruction.
