267-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. З самого ранку ворог знову атакує наші міста крилатими ракетами та дронами-камікадзе. Повідомляється про вибухи та поранених у Дніпрі й Одесі. У Запоріжжі вночі через російський удар 4 людини загинули у власному будинку. По всій країні тривають планові й аварійні відключення електроенергії, майже не працює мобільний зв’язок. Жодною логікою не можна осягнути, чого намагаються досягти кремлівські вбивці цим перманентним терором. Якщо вони розраховують на наш страх та відчай, то ці майже 9 місяців кровопролитної війни вже мали б їм довести, що немає такої зброї та таких ракет, щоб поставили українців на коліна. У темряві та під ударами «калібрів» та «шахедів» ми тільки ясніше бачимо нашу мету – свобода, незалежність та Перемога. Кожен із нас Воїн! Станьте поруч із нами! #StandWithUkraine

- Зранку 17 листопада ворог завдав ракетного удару по об’єктам інфраструктури в Дніпрі та Одеській області. Над Києвом попередньо збито 2 ракети та декілька дронів Shahed. Як повідомляється, ударів завдано по Південному машинобудівному заводу в Дніпрі та об’єктам газовидобування.
- Президент Зеленський: У 18 областях і в Києві тривають аварійні та стабілізаційні відключення після масованого удару 15 листопада. Влада та енергетики роблять усе, щоб повернути електрику, генерацію і постачання.

- Гендиректор МАГАТЕ Р.Гроссі: через ракетні атаки на енергосистему України підвищився ризик аварій на ядерних об’єктах, від обстрілу постраждали Хмельницька АЕС і Рівненська АЕС
- Вночі у Вільнянську Запорізької області через влучання російських снарядів по житловому будинку загинули щонайменше 4 людини.
- На деокупованій Херсонщині вже виявили 63 тіла закатованих окупантами людей та 11 місць, де незаконно утримували цивільних, розповів міністр внутрішніх справ Денис Монастирський.
- Верховна Рада України продовжила дію воєнного стану та загальної мобілізації на 90 днів — до 19 лютого 2023 року.
- Прем’єр-міністр Польщі Моравецький підтвердив, що країна не задіюватиме статтю 4 Договору про НАТО у зв’язку з падінням ракети в селищі Пшеводув неподалік кордону з Україною.
- Чия б ракета не впала у Польщі, росія несе за це повну відповідальність, – заявив Білий дім США, а також офіційні представники Німеччини та Великобританії.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 17 листопада:
ОДЕСА. Троє людей постраждали внаслідок ранкового ракетного удару по Одещині, повідомляє місцева влада. Стався вибух на території об’єкта інфраструктури. У місті критичні проблеми із електропостачанням.
ДНІПРО. Внаслідок російських ударів виникла сильна пожежа на одному з промислових підприємств, пошкоджені житлові будинки поруч. Попередньо, п’ятеро поранених, в тому числі і 15-річна дівчинка.

ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. У Вільнянську через нічні російські обстріли зафіксовано пряме влучання по житлових будинках. В одному з них проживали 3 родини, всього близько 10 людей. Зараз рятувальники здійснюють рятувально-пошукові роботи для деблокування людей з-під завалів. Підтверджено загибель 4-х людей.
ЛЬВІВ. На повне відновлення роботи енергооб’єктів регіону знадобиться до року, повідомляє обласна рада. Два з трьох ударів по об’єктах критичної інфраструктури 15 листопада були завдані повторно. Усі три атаковані об’єкти зазнали критичних ушкоджень.
ХЕРСОН. Як повідомив Президент Зеленський, у місті нарешті знову відкриваються аптеки, пошта, банки, люди отримують доступ до інтернету. Діє вже 30 пунктів роздачі гуманітарної допомоги. Понад 20 деокупованим населеним пунктам Херсонщини повернули електрику. Перед втечею російські окупанти замінували будівлю обласного управління поліції так, що її довелося підірвати.

ХАРКІВ. У Куп’янську під час ексгумації окупанти відкрили вогонь по місту, внаслідок чого загинула одна людина, поранено правоохоронця.
ДОНБАС. Як повідомляє Генштаб ЗСУ, за добу підрозділи Сил оборони України відбили атаки російських військ у декількох населених пунктах. Внаслідок російських обстрілів загинув один мирний житель у Бахмуті, ще семеро людей отримали поранення. За даними обласної військової адміністрації, у Маріуполі лишилося понад 100 тисяч людей, і на них чекає дуже важка зима. У місті розбиті всі комунікації і розбиті вщент житлові будинки.

267th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Since the morning, the enemy has been attacking our cities again with cruise missiles and kamikaze drones. There are reports of explosions and wounded in Dnipro and Odesa. In Zaporizhzhia, 4 people died in their own houses at night due to the russian strike. Scheduled and emergency power cuts continue throughout the country, and mobile communication is almost non-existent. No logic can comprehend what the kremlin killers are trying to achieve with this permanent terror. If they are counting on our fear and despair, then these almost nine months of bloody war should have proved to them that no weapons and missiles can bring Ukrainians to their knees. In the darkness and under the blows of “calibres” and “shaheds”, we see our goal – freedom, independence and victory – only more clearly. Each of us is a Warrior! - In the de-occupied Kherson region, 63 bodies of people tortured by the occupiers and 11 places where civilians were illegally detained have been found, said Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi.
- The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine extended martial law and general mobilisation for 90 days – until February 19, 2023.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of November 17:
ODESA. Local authorities report that three people were injured in a morning rocket attack in the Odesa region. The explosion occurred on the territory of an infrastructure facility. There are critical problems with the electricity supply in the city.
DNIPRO. As a result of the russian strikes, an intense fire broke out at one of the industrial enterprises; residential buildings nearby were damaged. Preliminary, five people were injured, including a 15-year-old girl.

ZAPORIZHZHIA. In Vilnyansk, a direct hit was recorded on residential buildings due to the night of russian shelling. In one of them lived three families, about 10 people in total. Now rescuers carry out search operations to unblock people from under the rubble. The deaths of 4 people have been confirmed.
LVIV. It will take up to a year to fully restore the work of energy facilities in the region, the regional council reports. Two of the three strikes on critical infrastructure facilities on November 15 were repeated. All three attacked facilities were critically damaged.
KHERSON. According to President Zelenskiy, pharmacies, post offices, and banks are finally reopening in the city; people have access to the Internet. There are already 30 humanitarian aid distribution points. More than 20 de-occupied settlements of the Kherson region have been restored electricity. Before fleeing, russian occupants mined the building of the regional police department so that it had to be blown up.

KHARKIV. During the exhumation in Kupyansk, the occupants opened fire on the city, killing one person and wounding a law enforcement officer.
DONBAS. According to the General Staff, the units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of russian troops in several settlements. As a result of russian shelling, one civilian was killed in Bakhmut, and seven more people were wounded. According to the regional military administration, more than 100 thousand Mariupol people face a harsh winter. All communications are broken, and residential buildings are destroyed in the city.
