308-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Незалежно від того, які виклики принесе прийдешній рік українцям і усьому світові, маємо зберегти спільне розуміння наших національних цілей. Цифри дня:
- Генштаб ЗСУ: Минулої доби ворог завдав ракетного удару і здійснив 33 обстріли з РСЗВ, насамперед по цивільних об’єктах Херсону.
- Українська енергетична система вже працює набагато краще, проте існує можливість нового масованого удару по об’єктах критичної інфраструктури перед Новим роком, – міністр енергетики Герман Галущенко.

- З початку війни російські терористи пошкодили в Україні понад 700 об’єктів критичної інфраструктури. Йдеться про газопроводи, електропідстанції, мости тощо. Загалом внаслідок російських атак зруйновано понад 35 тисяч об’єктів.
- СБУ з початку року нейтралізувала сотні кібератак на українські ТЕЦ та обленерго, з яких майже 30 могли стати надкритичними, повідомили в спецслужбі.
- США передали Україні дві ЗРК NASAMS, ракети до них та обладнання для електромереж на суму близько $50 млн., повідомляє Пентагон.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 28 грудня:
ХАРКІВ. Ворог обстрілював область з артилерії, танків, мінометів та іншого озброєння. У м. Куп’янськ та смт Куп’янськ-Вузловий пошкоджено приватні будинки, поранено 57-річну жінку. Зранку 28 грудня обласна влада повідомила про ракетний удар по одному з районів Харкова. Поранено 48-річного чоловіка, він у лікарні в стані середньої тяжкості.
ДНІПРО. Минулої доби росіяни 8 разів обстріляли Нікопольський район із «Градів» та важкої артилерії. Постраждали з десяток приватних будинків та господарських будівель, магазин, автомобіль, чотири газопроводи та дві лінії електропередач, 20 сонячних панелей.

ХЕРСОН. росіяни більше ніж 50 разів обстрілювали регіон минулої доби. У Херсоні під удар потрапило підприємство критичної інфраструктури та пологове відділення лікарні, де вчора народилося 2 дитини і знаходилися 5 жінок після пологів. Про жертви не повідомляється.
ДОНБАС. Біля Кремінної Луганської області тривають важкі бої, окупанти стягують туди величезну кількість резервів і техніки, розповів голова обласної військової адміністрації Сергій Гайдай. За його словами, бойовики гинуть там сотнями, але успіх на цій ділянці фронту на боці ЗСУ. За оцінками британської розвідки, росія, ймовірно, зробить пріоритетом утримання лінії фронту біля Кремінної з огляду на значення району для логістичної підтримки її військ на Донбасі. Під Бахмутом ворог посилює тиск кількістю піхоти, повідомляють в Генштабі.

- AFU General Staff: The enemy launched a missile strike over the past day and fired 33 MLRS attacks, primarily at civilian objects in Kherson.
- Ukrainian energy system is already working much better, but there is a possibility of another massive attack on critical infrastructure before the New Year, – Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.

- Since the beginning of the war, russian terrorists have damaged more than 700 critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. These are gas pipelines, power substations, bridges, etc. In total, over 35 thousand objects were destroyed due to russian attacks.
- Since the beginning of the year, the Security Service of Ukraine has neutralized hundreds of cyber attacks on Ukrainian thermal power plants and regional power companies, of which almost 30 could have become super-critical, the service reported.
- The United States has transferred to Ukraine two NASAMS air defence systems, missiles and equipment for power grids worth about $50 million, the Pentagon reports.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of December 28:
KHARKIV. The enemy shelled the region with artillery, tanks, mortars and other weapons. Private houses were damaged in Kupyansk and Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi, and a 57-year-old woman was wounded. On the morning of December 28, the regional authorities reported a rocket attack on one of the districts of Kharkiv. A 48-year-old man was injured; he is in the hospital in moderate condition.

DNIPRO. Yesterday russians shelled the Nikopol district 8 times with “Grad” and heavy artillery. A dozen private houses, outbuildings, a shop, a car, four gas pipelines, two power lines, and 20 solar panels were damaged.
KHERSON. russians shelled the region more than 50 times yesterday. In Kherson, a critical infrastructure enterprise and the hospital’s maternity ward, where two children were born yesterday and 5 women were postpartum, were hit. No casualties were reported.
DONBAS. Heavy battles continue near Kreminna, Luhansk region, where occupants are massing a huge number of reserves and equipment there, said the head of the regional military administration Sergey Gaidai. According to him, militants are dying there by hundreds, but the success in this front area is on the Ukrainian Armed Forces side. As British intelligence stated, russia is likely to prioritize holding the front line near Kreminna, given the area’s importance for logistical support of its troops in Donbas. Near Bakhmut, the enemy is increasing pressure with the number of infantry, according to the General Staff.
