210-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. У безсилих та безглуздих спробах захопити нашу країну “за три дні”, кремль оголосив мобілізацію та знову шантажує увесь світ ядерною зброєю. Держава-терорист хоче кинути ще 300 тисяч своїх громадян помирати в Україні за примарні імперські амбіції. Мобілізація в росії обернеться лише черговою “могилизацією”. Поки що загарбники мають лише обвал фондових ринків та масову паніку. А попереду на них чекає ще більше приниження, занепад та повна поразка. За 7 місяців війни наші Збройні Сили України вже довели усьому світові свою міць, здатність утримувати стратегічну ініціативу на полі бою та невтомну волю до боротьби. Ми продовжуємо звільнювати крок за кроком свою рідну землю, що завжди була і буде тільки українською – попри будь-які псевдо-референдуми та хворобливі кремлівські уявлення про історію. Цифри дня:
- Генштаб ЗСУ: Минулої доби росіяни завдали 8 ракетних та 35 авіаційних ударів, здійснили понад 120 обстрілів з реактивних систем залпового вогню по інфраструктурі понад 50 українських населених пунктів. Про чергові обстріли повідомлялося у Харкові, Запоріжжі, Нікополі, Донецькій області.
- Українські військові в ході контрнаступу звільнили перший населений пункт у Луганській області – голова обласної адміністрації Сергій Гайдай оголосив, що Білогорівка повністю перебуває під контролем українських військових.
Мешканець Ізюма їде на велосипеді повз будівлю, яка постраждала під час обстрілів.
- Диктатор путін оголосив часткову мобілізацію в росії. Окупанти також планують провести з 23 по 27 вересня псевдо-референдуми про приєднання до росії захоплених територій Донецької, Луганської, Херсонської та Запорізької областей. Президент Зеленський заявив про незмінні позиції України, незважаючи на “дуже шумні новини з Росії”.
- “Це ознака провалу росії” – держсекретар США Ентоні Блінкен у виступі на Генасамблеї ООН засудив наміри кремля анексувати окуповані українські території.
- ЄС ухвалив фінальне рішення щодо швидкого виділення Україні 5 млрд євро макрофінансової допомоги для підтримки в умовах війни.
- 92% українців хочуть приєднання України до ЄС, 79% підтримують вступ до НАТО — про це свідчать результати опитування КМІС.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 21 вересня:
ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. Внаслідок нічного обстрілу міста Курахове постраждали 12 людей, в тому числі 2 дитини. Під завалами житлового будинку може бути ще одна людина, триває рятувальна операція. У Волноваському районі під обстріл потрапили села Вільне Поле Бурлацьке та Новоукраїнка. В останньому снаряд потрапив у двір одного з будинків – інформація про постраждалих та обсяги руйнувань уточнюється. Під російськими обстрілами знову опинилися мешканці Слов’янська, Бахмуту, Сіверська, Торецька. За попередньою інформацією, жертв серед цивільного населення у цих містах не зафіксовано.

ХАРКІВ. Ворог не припиняє інтенсивного вогню по регіону. 2 людини загинули внаслідок ракетного обстрілу села Грушівка Куп’янського району. Поранення отримали 9 мирних мешканців, серед яких 4 дітей. У самому Харкові росіяни завдали ракетного удару по житловим будинкам Холодногірському району. В одному з них ДСНС вдалося врятувати з-під завалів 10 людей. Через ракетні удари по греблі Печенізького водосховища існує загроза затоплення територій вниз за течією. Місцева влада закликає людей підготувати речі першої необхідності і в разі тривоги бути готовими до евакуації.
ДНІПРО. У Нікополі за ніч обстрілами пошкоджено понад 20 багатоповерхових та приватних будинків, цивільна інфраструктура. Поранено мирного мешканця.

ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Як повідомляє обласна військова адміністрація, ввечері та вночі 20 вересня по області було завдано масованого ракетного удару. Постраждали одразу кілька населених пунктів, в тому числі обласний центр. Під обстрілом знову знаходилася Запорізька АЕС – як повідомляє “Енергоатом”, близько 01:00 через російські обстріли було пошкоджено обладнання зв’язку енергоблоку №6, відключились блоковий трансформатор та трансформатори власних потреб енергоблоку.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

210th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. In powerless and senseless attempts to seize our country “in three days”, the kremlin has announced mobilisation and is once again blackmailing the whole world with nuclear weapons. The terrorist state wants to leave another 300 thousand of its citizens to die in Ukraine for its illusory imperial ambitions. Mobilisation in russia will only result in another “gravesation”. So far, the invaders have only a collapse of stock markets and mass panic. And ahead of them is even more humiliation, decline and complete defeat. After seven months of the war, our Armed Forces of Ukraine have already proved to the whole world their power, ability to hold the strategic initiative on the battlefield and tireless will to fight. We continue to liberate our native land step by step, which has always been and will be only Ukrainian – despite any pseudo-referendums and the kremlin’s sick perceptions about history.

- AFU General Staff: Over the past day, russians conducted 8 missiles and 35 air strikes and fired more than 120 multiple rocket launchers at the infrastructure of more than 50 Ukrainian settlements. Another shelling was reported in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol, and Donetsk region.
- Ukrainian troops liberated the first settlement in the Luhansk region during the counter-offensive – the head of the regional administration, Sergey Gaidai, announced that Bilohorivka is entirely under the control of the Ukrainian military.

- Dictator putin announced “partial” mobilisation in russia. The occupiers also plan to hold pseudo-referendums on the accession of the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions to russia from 23 to 27 September. President Zelenskiy stated Ukraine’s unchanged position despite “very noisy news from russia”.
- “This is a sign of russia’s failure” – US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, in his speech at the UN General Assembly, condemned the kremlin’s intentions to annex the occupied Ukrainian territories.
- The EU has made the final decision to quickly disburse EUR 5 billion of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine to support it in the war.
- 92% of Ukrainians want Ukraine to join the EU, and 79% support joining NATO – according to the results of the KIIS poll.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of 21 September:
DONETSK REGION. As a result of the night shelling of Kurakhove, 12 people were injured, including two children. The rescue operation continues; one more person may be under the rubble of a residential building. Vilne Pole Burlatske and Novoukrainka villages in the Volnovakha district came under fire. In the latter, a shell hit the yard of one of the houses – information about the victims and the extent of the destruction is being clarified. Residents of Sloviansk, Bakhmut, Siversk, and Toretsk again came under russian shelling. According to preliminary information, no civilian casualties were reported in these cities.

KHARKIV. The enemy did not stop an intensive fire in the region. 2 people were killed due to rocket shelling of Hrushivka village in Kupyansk district. 9 civilians were wounded, including 4 children. In Kharkiv itself, russians launched a missile attack on residential buildings in the Kholodnohirsky district. In one of them, the State Emergency Service managed to rescue 10 people from the rubble. Due to the missile strikes on the dam of the Pechenegi reservoir, there is a threat of flooding downstream. Local authorities urge people to prepare essentials and be ready to evacuate in case of an alarm.
DNIPRO. Over 20 multi-storey and private houses and civilian infrastructure were damaged by shelling in Nikopol at night. A civilian was wounded.

ZAPORIZHZHYA. According to the regional military administration, a massive rocket attack was carried out in the evening and night on 20 September. Several settlements, including the regional centre, were damaged at once. Zaporizhzhya NPP was under fire again – according to “Energoatom”, around 01:00, due to russian shelling, the communication equipment of power unit No. 6 was damaged, and the block transformer and transformers of the power unit’s own needs were disabled.
