274-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Сьогодні рівно 9 місяців від того дня, коли Росія розпочала злочинну й неспровоковану повномасштабну війну проти України. Щоб нарешті зупинити перелік місяців війни та почати відлік років миру, треба використати всі національні й міжнародні можливості для тиску на державу-терориста. Світло завжди перемагає темряву, а правда – брехню. Тому і наш незламний народ подолає всі випробування й переможе. Цього не зрозуміти російським окупантам, які намагаються занурити Україну в блекаут, а самі давно перебувають у непроглядному мороці. Велика подяка всім, хто долає небачені виклики, які створює держава-терорист для України. Енергетикам, рятувальникам, комунальникам, місцевій владі, бізнесу, усім, хто допомагає нашій країні вистояти. Усім, хто воює й працює заради України! Кожен із нас Воїн! Цифри дня:
- Більше ніж 1287 дітей постраждали в Україні: 440 дітей загинуло та понад 847 отримали поранення різного ступеню тяжкості.
- Європарламент визнав Росію державою-спонсором тероризму. За документ висловилися 494 депутати, проти – 58, ще 44 утрималися, повідомив Укрінформ.
- На Київщині постраждало 35 людей внаслідок масованих обстрілів.
- Зафіксовано три влучання в багатоповерхові будинки: 10 осіб загинуло.

- Сили ППО збили 51 з 70 ракет.
- Президент Джо Байден доручив Держдепартаменту США виділити додаткові $400 мільйонів для України. До пакету увійде озброєння, боєприпаси та засоби ППО з американських запасів. Решту деталей Білий дім обіцяє уточнити згодом.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 24 листопада:
КИЇВЩИНА. У Київській області є влучання по житловому сектору та інфраструктурних критичних об‘єктах, повідомив голова ОВА Олексій Кулеба. В Офісі Президента уточнили, що у Вишгороді на Київщині є влучання в житловий будинок. Через обстріли водопостачання було призупинене в усьому Києві. Через влучання по критичній інфраструктурі постраждали ще шестеро енергетиків. Внаслідок ракетного обстрілу ворогом м. Вишгород Київської області поранено шестеро дітей віком від 5 до 16 років, 17-річна дівчинка загинула.

ВІННИЧЧИНА. У Вінницькій області під обстрілом ворога опинилися об’єкти критичної інфраструктури, повідомив голова ОВА Сергій Борзов.
ДНІПРО. На Дніпропетровщині завершили рятувальну операцію з підйому шахтарів, які залишалися заблокованими під землею після ракетних ударів рф по обʼєктах критичної інфраструктури. Це близько трьох тисяч осіб.
ХЕРСОН. Окупанти продовжують нещадно обстрілювати звільнені українськими військовими території. У Херсоні чутно вибухи протягом усього дня 24 листопада. На звільненій території було виявлено девʼять катівень і знайдено 432 тіла цивільних осіб, які були вбиті. Стало відомо про смерть 13-річного хлопчика, який отримав тяжкі поранення напередодні у смт Антонівка Херсонської області через потрапляння ворожого снаряду в автомобіль.

274th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Today is exactly 9 months since Russia launched a criminal and unprovoked full-scale war against Ukraine. In order to finally stop the list of months of war and start counting down the years of peace, it is necessary to use all national and international opportunities to put pressure on the terrorist state. Light always defeats darkness, and truth always defeats lies. Therefore, our indomitable people will overcome all trials and win. The Russian occupiers, who are trying to plunge Ukraine into a blackout, cannot understand this, and they themselves have been in the dark for a long time. Many thanks to all those who overcome the unprecedented challenges created by the terrorist state for Ukraine. Figures of the day:
- More than 1,287 children were injured in Ukraine: 440 children died and more than 847 were injured of various degrees of severity.
- The European Parliament recognized Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. 494 deputies spoke in favor of the document, 58 against it, and another 44 abstained, Ukrinform reported.
- In Kyiv region, 35 people were injured as a result of massive shelling.
- Three high-rise buildings were hit: 10 people died.
- Air defense forces shot down 51 out of 70 missiles.

- President Joe Biden instructed the US State Department to allocate an additional $400 million for Ukraine. The package will include weapons, ammunition and air defense equipment from American stocks. The White House promises to clarify the rest of the details later.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of November 24:
KYIV. In the Kyiv region, the housing sector and critical infrastructural facilities have been hit, said Oleksiy Kuleba, head of OVA. The Office of the President specified that a residential building had been hit in Vyshgorod, Kyiv region. Due to shelling, water supply was suspended throughout Kyiv. Another six energy workers were injured as a result of hitting critical infrastructure. As a result of rocket fire by the enemy in the city of Vyshhorod, Kyiv region, six children aged 5 to 16 were injured, and a 17-year-old girl died.

VINNYTSIA REGION. In the Vinnytsia region, objects of critical infrastructure were under fire from the enemy, reported the head of OVA Serhiy Borzov.
DNIPRO. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the rescue operation to lift the miners, who remained blocked underground after Russian missile strikes on critical infrastructure facilities, was completed. This is about three thousand people.
KHERSON. The occupiers continue mercilessly shelling the territories liberated by the Ukrainian military. In Kherson, explosions were heard throughout the day on November 24. Nine torture chambers were discovered on the liberated territory and 432 bodies of civilians who were killed were found. It became known about the death of a 13-year-old boy who was seriously injured the day before in the village of Antonivka, Kherson Region, due to an enemy projectile hitting his car.
