275-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. У Києві наразі 50% житлового фонду працює в режимі аварійного відключення електроенергії. Без світла, води та тепла залишаються люди в Одесі, Миколаєві, Львові, Кривому Розі та ще 15 регіонах України. Енергетики, комунальники, бізнес – усі виконують свою частину роботи, щоб знову дати людям світло і надію. Лікарі оперують на відкритому серці при світлі ліхтарів. Викладачі продовжують читати лекції в метро чи на стільцях на вулиці біля джерела вай-фаю. Батьки привозять свою маленьку дитину підключити апарат штучного дихання на автозаправку. Наші захисники попри все продовжують тіснити ворога на фронті. Ці дні просто сповнені надихаючими історіями незламності, героїзму та сталевості. Ми можемо залишитися без світла та води, але завжди із нами – наша воля до Перемоги. Чорною дірою на супутникових знімках сьогодні зіяє не Україна, а наш північний «сусід» – темрява йде від тієї глибокої прірви російського абсолютного зла, що сьогодні намагається тероризувати увесь світ.

Ми вдячні всім, хто підтримує, допомагає, працює заради України у цей важкий час. Українці вже витримали дев’ять місяців повномасштабної війни, і ворог так і не знайшов способу нас зламати. - Під час війни в Україні зникли безвісті понад 15 тисяч людей, – директор Міжнародної комісії з питань зниклих безвісти (ICMP) Метью Холлідей.

- Україна провела черговий обмін полоненими — повернули 50 українських військових. Серед них, військові, які обороняли Маріуполь, а також ЧАЕС та острів Зміїний.
- ЗСУ знищили ракетний комплекс С-300, з якого росіяни вбили новонародженого хлопчика у Вільнянську — мер Мелітополя Іван Федоров.
- Україна готова повернути Крим як на полі бою, так і невійськовим шляхом, заявив президент Володимир Зеленський.
- За оцінками Генштабу ЗСУ, 10-15 тисяч білоруських силовиків готові воювати проти України за російські кошти. ЗСУ поширили термінове звернення до народу Білорусі з закликом не допустити втягнення їх країни у війну.

- ЄС готує дев’ятий пакет санкцій проти росії за вторгнення в Україну — президентка Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн.
- Парламенти Румунії, Молдови та Ірландії визнали Голодомор 1932-33 років злочином проти людства і українського народу. Більшість політичних фракцій у німецькому Бундестазі досягли згоди щодо спільної резолюції з цього питання.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 25 листопада:
ХЕРСОН. Вчора близько 17:00 росіяни обстріляли житловий район міста з артилерії та РСЗО. Через обстріли виникла пожежа у багатоповерховому будинку. Під удар потрапили житлові будинки, школи, суднобудівний завод. Загинуло 10 людей, більше 50 отримали поранення.

КИЇВ. 7 людей загинули та більше 35 постраждали внаслідок ракетного удару по Вишгороду на Київщині 23 листопада Пошкоджено 4 будинки та навчальний заклад.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Вранці ворог завдав ракетного удару по передмістю Запоріжжя. Наслідки удару поки що не повідомляються.
ХАРКІВ. Вночі та вранці під ракетний удар у Куп’янську потрапили медична установа та дитячий садок. Поранено 66-річного чоловіка.
ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. Внаслідок російських обстрілів за минулу добу загинуло двоє мирних жителів у Бахмуті. Ще троє людей в області зазнали поранень, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації.

275th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. In Kyiv, 50% of the housing buildings are currently in emergency power cut mode. People in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih and 15 other regions of Ukraine remain without electricity, water and heat. Power engineers, utilities, and businesses do their part to give people light and hope again. Doctors operate on an open heart with the light of lanterns. Teachers continue to lecture in the subway or on chairs on the street near a Wi-Fi source. Parents bring their small child to connect the artificial respiration apparatus to the gas station. Our defenders, despite everything, continue to push the enemy at the front. These days are full of inspiring stories of invincibility, heroism and resilience. We may be left without electricity and water, but our will to win is always with us. The black hole on the satellite images today is not Ukraine, but our northern “neighbour” – the darkness comes from that deep abyss of russian absolute evil that is trying to terrorise the whole world today.

- Ukraine conducted another exchange of prisoners – 50 Ukrainian servicemen were returned. Among them was the military, who defended Mariupol, Chornobyl NPP, and Zmeiny Island.
- The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the S-300 missile system, which russians used to kill a newborn boy in Vilnyansk – Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.
- Ukraine is ready to return Crimea both on the battlefield and by non-military means, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.
- According to the AFU General Staff, 10-15 thousand Belarusian security forces are ready to fight against Ukraine for russian funds. The AFU issued an urgent appeal to the people of Belarus to prevent their country from being drawn into the war.
- The EU is preparing the ninth package of sanctions against Russia for the invasion of Ukraine – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

- The parliaments of Romania, Moldova and Ireland recognised the Holodomor of 1932-33 as a crime against humanity and the Ukrainian people. Most political factions in the German Bundestag agreed on a joint resolution on this issue.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of November 25:
KHERSON. Yesterday around 17:00, russians shelled a residential area of the city with artillery and MLRS. The shelling caused a fire in a multi-storey building. Residential buildings, schools, and a shipyard were hit. 10 people were killed, and more than 50 were wounded.

KYIV. 7 people were killed and more than 35 injured due to a rocket attack on Vyshgorod in Kyiv region on November 23. 4 houses and an educational institution were damaged.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. In the morning, the enemy launched a missile attack on the suburbs of Zaporizhzhya. The consequences of the attack have not been reported yet.
KHARKIV. A medical institution and a kindergarten in Kupyansk came under a rocket attack at night and in the morning. A 66-year-old man was wounded.
DONETSK REGION. On the last day, two civilians were killed in Bakhmut due to russian shelling. The regional military administration reported that three more people were wounded.
