295-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Запеклі бої тривають на всій лінії фронту, де кожен день і кожен метр даються нашим українським героям надзвичайно важко та занадто високою ціною. Тактика окупантів зводиться до знищення артилерією всього навколо, щоб залишалися тільки голі руїни й воронки в землі. росія випалює в Донбасі місто за містом, як Маріуполь, Волноваху, Бахмут. У Краматорську загарбники зруйнували будівлю науково-технічного університету, що колись був наповнений безтурботними голосами студентів. Під постійним вогнем залишається звільнений Херсон, де вчора ворожі обстріли забрали життя 8-річного хлопчика. Жодне з цих вкрадених життів та жодну із зруйнованих доль ми не пробачимо ворогу. Цифри дня:
- Генштаб: протягом доби росіяни завдали 31 авіаційних та 8 ракетних ударів по цивільній інфраструктурі міст Курахове та Костянтинівка Донецької області, а також здійснили понад 61 обстрілів із РСЗВ по Херсону та іншим прифронтовим містам.
- 14 грудня відбувся черговий обмін полоненими — Україна повернула додому 64 захисників, які воювали на Донеччині та Луганщині. Також вдалося звільнити громадянина США Мурекезі Суеді та повернути тіла 4 загиблих.
- З 24 лютого 184 українські спортсмени загинули від дій росії, повідомив Президент Зеленський під час розмови з президентом Міжнародного олімпійського комітету Томасом Бахом.

- Майже вісім мільйонів українців виїхали за кордон після 24 лютого. Це 20% фактичного населення, повідомив уповноважений Верховної Ради з прав людини Дмитро Лубінець.
- Комітет міністрів Ради Європи ухвалив План дій для України на 2023-2026 роки з рекордним обсягом фінансування у 50 мільйонів євро.
- У Європарламенті вручили сміливому народу України премію Сахарова, що є найвищою відзнакою Європейського Союзу за досягнення у правозахисній діяльності.
- Сенат Чехії визнав Голодомор геноцидом українського народу. Сейм Польщі ухвалив резолюцію про визнання росії державою-спонсором тероризму.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 15 грудня:
ДНІПРО. Нікопольський район вночі потрапив під обстріл, зафіксовано близько 40 «прильотів». За попередньою інформацією, люди не постраждали.
ХАРКІВ. Вночі росіяни завдали ракетного удару по Куп’янську. Пошкоджено об’єкт критичної інфраструктури, а також двоповерхову адміністративну будівлю. Жертв та постраждалих немає.
ХЕРСОН. Протягом доби ворог обстріляв Херсонську область 86 разів, у тому числі з РСЗВ, танків, мінометів та БПЛА. Через російські удари 3 людини загинули, ще 13 – отримали поранення різного ступеня тяжкості. «Прильоти» були по суднобудівному заводу, освітній установі, складах, приміщенню газети, школі, магазину, будівлі Херсонської обласної адміністрації, а також приватних і багатоквартирних будинках. В Антонівці ракета потрапила до машини ремонтної бригади, яка лагодила газопостачання. Український омбудсмен Дмитро Лубинець заявив, що у Херсоні знайшли «дитячу катівню», де тримали неповнолітніх.

ДОНБАС. Як повідомляє Генштаб, росіяни зосереджують зусилля на наступі у Бахмутському та Авдіївському напрямах. Також противник намагається покращити тактичне становище на Куп’янському та Лиманському напрямках. 13 грудня під російський обстріл у Краматорську потрапила будівля Міжнародного науково-технічного університету.

295th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Fierce fighting continues along the entire front line, where every day and every meter is extremely difficult and too costly for our Ukrainian heroes. The occupiers’ tactics boil down to destroying everything around with artillery so that only bare ruins and craters in the ground remain. russia is burning down city after city in Donbas, such as Mariupol, Volnovakha, and Bakhmut. In Kramatorsk, the invaders destroyed the scientific and technical university building, which was once filled with the carefree voices of students. Liberated Kherson remains under constant fire, where yesterday, enemy shelling claimed the life of an 8-year-old boy. We will not forgive the enemy for any of these stolen lives and destroyed destinies. Ukrainian land must be liberated completely, and there can be no compromises in this. Each of us is a Warrior! - General Staff: during the day, russians conducted 31 air and 8 missile strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Kurakhove and Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, as well as carried out more than 61 attacks with MLRS on Kherson and other frontline cities.
- On December 14, another exchange of prisoners took place – Ukraine returned home 64 defenders who fought in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It was also possible to release US citizen Murekezi Suedi and return the bodies of 4 dead.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of December 15:
DNIPRO. Nikopol district came under fire at night; about 40 “arrivals” were recorded. According to preliminary information, people were not injured.
KHARKIV. russians launched a missile attack on Kupyansk at night. A critical infrastructure facility and a two-story administrative building were damaged. There were no casualties or injuries.
KHERSON. During the day, the enemy shelled the Kherson region 86 times, including from MLRS, tanks, mortars and UAVs. As a result of russian attacks, 3 people were killed, and 13 more sustained injuries of varying severity. The “arrivals” were on a shipyard, educational institution, warehouses, newspaper building, school, shop, Kherson regional administration building, as well as private and apartment buildings. In Antonivka, the missile hit the vehicle of a repair team that was fixing the gas supply. Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubynets said that a “children’s torture chamber” where minors were kept was found in Kherson.

DONBAS. According to the General Staff, russians are focusing their efforts on the offensive in Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions. The enemy is also trying to improve the tactical situation in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions. On December 13, the International Scientific and Technical University building in Kramatorsk came under russian shelling.
