346-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Європейський Союз погодився надати Україні проміжну оцінку виконання нею 7 критеріїв для початку переговорів про вступ. Про це йдеться у підсумковому документі саміту Україна-ЄС, що відбувся вчора в Києві. За словами Президента Зеленського, такі переговори можуть розпочатися вже цього року. Крім того, із європейськими партнерами досягнуто домовленостей про конкретну допомогу у реалізації української формули миру. Як би не хотіли російські терористи зупинити нас на шляху цивілізаційного прогресу та зміцнення європейських цінностей, українці продовжують впевнено крокувати вперед – до Перемоги і своєї Новоі ролі в світі. Це стає можливим лише завдяки самовідданості політиків і освітян, енергетиків і дипломатів, лікарів і громадських активістів, кожного, хто вунісон з нашими воїнами щодня роблять неможливе! - Генштаб ЗСУ: Минулої доби російські війська завдали 23 авіаційних і ракетних ударів, зокрема, по цивільній інфраструктурі Харківської та Миколаївської областей, внаслідок яких є жертви серед цивільного населення, а також здійснили понад 90 обстрілів з реактивних систем залпового вогню.
- «Боротимемося, скільки зможемо»: Президент Зеленський заявив, що виведення українських військ із фронтового Бахмута Донецької області не буде.
- Внаслідок великого обміну полоненими в Україну повернулися 116 військовослужбовців, з них 2 офіцери та 114 рядових та сержантів, – голова Офісу Президента Андрій Єрмак.
- Новий пакет санкцій ЄС проти росії, який планують запровадити до 24 лютого, містить обмеження на 10 мільярдів євро – голова Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляйєн.

- ЄС надасть Україні 25 мільйонів євро на розмінування потенційно небезпечних територій, – Високий представник Європейського Союзу з питань закордонних справ і політики безпеки Жозеп Боррель.
- Уряд Німеччини підтвердив передачу Україні танків Leopard 1 на додаток до обіцяних 14 танків Leopard 2A6 і вже надав на них експортну ліцензію.
- США оголосили про новий пакет військової допомоги для України вартістю $2,2 млрд — до нього увійдуть зокрема далекобійні ракети для HIMARS, які можуть вражати цілі на відстані 150 км
- Канада запровадила санкції проти 38 фізичних і 16 юридичних осіб рф, які причетні до поширення російської дезінформації та пропаганди.
- У Європі зареєстровано 4,8 млн. українських біженців станом на 31 січня 2023 року, повідомляє ООН. Найбільше – у Польщі, Німеччині та Чехії.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 4 лютого:
ХАРКІВ. В деокупованому Ізюмі 7 підлітків 14-17 років підірвалися на фрагменті протипіхотної міни «пелюстка». Всі отримали осколкові поранення, але наразі їх життю загрози немає, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації.

ХЕРСОН. Внаслідок вчорашніх обстрілів 1 людина загинула, 3 – отримали поранення, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації. Загалом по населених пунктах регіону за минулу добу було завдано 47 ударів із РСЗВ, артилерії, танків та мінометів.
ДОНБАС. Інтенсивність боїв на сході України є спробою реалізації задачі путіна щодо захоплення Донбасу, заявив представник ГУР Міноборони Андрій Юсов. Як повідомляє Генштаб, минулої доби підрозділи ЗСУ відбили атаки в районах 9 населених пунктів в Донбасі. Внаслідок обстрілу Торецька з РСЗВ «Град» загинула 1 людина, і ще 9 отримали поранення, повідомляє Офіс генпрокурора. Пошкоджено 34 будинки, 2 дитсадки, амбулаторію, бібліотеку. У селищі Курахівка поранено двох жінок і чоловіка.

346th day of full-scale war in Ukraine. The European Union has agreed to provide Ukraine with an interim assessment of its fulfilment of the 7 criteria for the start of accession negotiations. It is stated in the final document of the Ukraine-EU summit held yesterday in Kyiv. According to President Zelenskyy, such negotiations may begin as early as this year. In addition, European partners have agreed on specific assistance in implementing the Ukrainian peace formula. No matter how much russian terrorists want to stop us on the path of civilisational progress and strengthening of European values, Ukrainians continue to step forward confidently – to Victory and our New role in the world. This is only possible thanks to the dedication of politicians and educators, energy professionals and diplomats, doctors and civil society activists, and everyone who is doing the impossible every day in unison with our soldiers! We are humbly grateful to all our defenders for withstanding the severe pressure of the occupiers and defending our positions, Ukrainian freedom and independence. Each of us is a Warrior! - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: Over the past day, russian troops conducted 23 air and missile strikes, particularly on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions, resulting in civilian casualties, and fired more than 90 times from multiple launch rockets systems.
- “We will fight as long as we can”: President Zelenskyy said there would be no withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the frontline town of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region.
- As a result of an extensive prisoner exchange, 116 servicemen returned to Ukraine, including two officers and 114 privates and sergeants, – Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.

KHERSON. As a result of yesterday’s shelling, the regional military administration reported that one person was killed and three were wounded. Over the past day, 47 attacks were made on the region’s settlements with MLRS, artillery, tanks and mortars.
DONBAS. The intensity of the fighting in eastern Ukraine is an attempt to implement putin’s goal of capturing Donbas, said Defense Ministry’s Chief Intelligence Directorate representative Andriy Yusov. According to the General Staff, over the past day, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled attacks in the vicinity of 9 settlements in Donbas. The Prosecutor General’s Office reports that the shelling of Toretsk with Grad multiple rocket launchers killed one person and wounded nine others. 34 houses, 2 kindergartens, an outpatient clinic, and a library were damaged. Two women and a man were injured in the village of Kurakhivka.
