158 день повномасштабної війни в Україні. На цьому етапі війни терор став основною зброєю російського агресора. Терор у Миколаєві, Харкові, Нікополі, що цієї ночі знову потерпали від інтенсивних обстрілів. Терористичний акт в Оленівці та жорстока масова страта українських військовополонених. Цей страшний злочин і досі важко усвідомити навіть після всіх тих жахіть, що принесли окупанти на нашу землю за ці нескінченні місяці війни. З боку світової спільноти вже недостатнім є лише засудження цього масового вбивства на рівні політичної риторики. Юридичні кроки щодо держави-терориста мають стати обов’язковими. Основне завдання кожного українця, кожного захисника свободи у світі – робити все, щоб ізолювати кремлівських злочинців і захистити якнайбільше людей від російських ударів.

- Вночі росіяни вчергове наносили удари по Миколаєву – мер міста Олександр Сєнкевич назвав обстріл міста найсильнішим за весь час. Також серія потужних вибухів пролунала у Харкові та Нікополі.
- Президент України Володимир Зеленський: юридичне визнання росії державою-терористом від Державного департаменту США потрібне не як політичний жест, а як дієвий захист вільного світу.

Полк “Азов” повідомив, що знає імена виконавців та організаторів масового вбивства українських військовополонених в Оленівці. “Кожен українець помститься за кожного з наших закатованих та загиблих братів”, – йдеться в заяві. Згідно із опублікованими окупантами даними, список загиблих українців налічує 50 людей, поранених – 73.
- Офіс генпрокурора України розпочав розслідування через відео з тортурами військового в українській формі. ООН та Євросоюз засудили тортури військовополонених.

- З підконтрольних Україні районів Донецької області буде запроваджено обов’язкову евакуацію населення. Через відсутність газо- та електропостачання, у регіоні в зимовий період не буде тепла, – заявила віце-прем’єр – міністр з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України Ірина Верещук.
- МВС України ідентифікувало вже 5600 дітей, яких насильно вивезли до росії під час війни. Фактична кількість примусово депортованих дітей набагато більша, і зараз виробляється механізм їх повернення в Україну.

ОЛЕНІВКА. Полк «Азов» заявив, що знає імена виконавців та організаторів масового вбивства українських військовополонених в Оленівці 29 липня: “Ми знайдемо їх, де б вони не знаходилися – на окупованих територіях України, росії чи третіх країнах. Україна як держава забезпечить справедливе покарання. Кожен українець помститься за кожного з наших закатованих та загиблих братів”. Згідно із опублікованими окупантами даними, список загиблих українських військовополонених налічує 50 людей, поранених – 73. Уповноважений Верховної Ради з прав людини Дмитро Лубінець звернувся до Міжнародного комітету Червоного Хреста та Моніторингової місії ООН із закликом надати йому можливість відвідати колонію в Оленівці.
ДОНБАС. На Слов’янському і Бахмутському напрямках росіяни вели штурмові дії, проте зазнали втрат і відійшли, – зведення Генштабу. За даними голови обласної військової адміністрації Павла Кириленка, троє людей загинули на Донеччині внаслідок обстрілів 30 липня, ще вісім – отримали поранення.
ХАРКІВ. Вночі у місті було чутно потужні вибухи. Вдень 30 липня росіяни нанесли удари в районі Харківського тракторного заводу. У селі Вільхівка сільськогосподарський комбайн підірвався на протитанковій міні, водія госпіталізовано.

ДНІПРО. Протягом доби окупанти обстрілювали Нікополь з “Градів” та крилатих ракет, – повідомляє голова обласної військової адміністрації Валентин Резніченко. Є руйнування житлового фонду, школи та дитячого садка. Постраждала одна людина.
МИКОЛАЇВ. За словами мера О.Сєнкевича, росіяни масовано обстрілювали місто протягом усієї ночі. Зруйновано низку об’єктів, пошкоджено житлові будинки. За попередньою інформацією, одна людина загинула, двоє поранені. Кількість жертв обстрілу громадської зупинку у Миколаєві 29 липня зросла до семи людей – у лікарні померли ще двоє чоловіків. За медичною допомогою звернулися 19 поранених.
СУМИ. У Сумській області під обстрілами протягом доби знаходилися три громади. Інформація щодо постраждалих уточнюється. Голова обласної військової адміністрації Дмитро Живицький розповів, що в Охтирському районі за день двічі підірвалися на мінах мирні мешканці. Одна людина загинула, четверо поранено.

The 158th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. At this stage of the war, terror became the primary weapon of the russian aggressor. Terror in Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Nikopol, that again came under heavy bombardment this night. The terrorist act in Olenivka and the brutal mass execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war. This terrible crime is still difficult to comprehend, even after all the horrors the occupiers have brought to our land during these endless months of the war. It is no longer enough for the international community to condemn this mass murder on the level of political rhetoric. Legal steps toward the terrorist state must become obligatory. The main task of every Ukrainian, every defender of freedom in the world, is to do everything to isolate the kremlin’s criminals and protect people from russian strikes.

- Overnight, the russians struck Mykolaiv once again – the city’s mayor, Olexander Senkevich, called the shelling of the town the heaviest ever. A series of powerful explosions also occurred in Kharkiv and Nikopol.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy: the US State Department’s legal recognition of russia as a terrorist state is needed not as a political gesture but as an effective defence of the free world.
- The Azov regiment said it knew the names of the perpetrators and organisers of the mass murder of Ukrainian POWs in Olenivka. “Every Ukrainian will avenge each of our tortured and dead brothers,” it said in a statement. According to the figures published by the occupiers, the list of dead Ukrainians numbers 50 and the wounded 73.

- The Ukrainian prosecutor-general’s office has launched an investigation through a video of the torture of a Ukrainian soldier. The UN and the EU condemned the torture of POWs.
- Mandatory evacuation will be introduced from Ukrainian-controlled areas of the Donetsk region. Due to the lack of gas and electricity supply, there will be no heat in the region in winter, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said.
- The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has already identified 5,600 children who were forcibly deported to russia during the war. The actual number of forcibly deported children is much higher, and a mechanism for their return to Ukraine is underway.

OLENIVKA. The Azov regiment said it knew the names of the perpetrators and organisers of the mass murder of Ukrainian POWs in Olenivka on 29 July: “We will find them wherever they are – in the occupied territories of Ukraine, russia or third countries. Ukraine as a state will ensure fair punishment. Every Ukrainian will avenge each of our tortured and dead brothers”. According to the figures published by the occupiers, the list of dead Ukrainian prisoners of war counts 50 people, and the number of wounded is 73. Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN Monitoring Mission to allow him to visit the colony in Olenivka.
DONBAS. The russians carried out assault actions in the Slovyansk and Bakhmut directions but suffered losses and withdrew, the General Staff has said. According to Pavlo Kirilenko, head of the regional military administration, three people were killed in Donetsk Region due to shelling on 30 July, and eight others were wounded.
KHARKIV. Powerful explosions were heard overnight in the city. On 30 July, the russians struck near the Kharkiv Tractor Plant. In the village of Vilkhivka, an agricultural combine exploded on an anti-tank mine, and the driver was hospitalised.

DNIPRO. For 24 hours, the occupiers shelled Nikopol with Grads and cruise missiles, reports Valentin Reznichenko, head of the regional military administration. There is the destruction of housing, a school and a kindergarten. One person was injured.
MYKOLAIV. According to Mayor Senkevich, the russians shelled the city en masse throughout the night. Several objects were destroyed and residential buildings damaged. According to preliminary information, one person was killed and two injured. The number of victims of the shelling of a public bus stop in Mykolaiv on 29 July has risen to seven – two more men died in hospital. Nineteen injured people have sought medical help.
SUMY. Three communities have been under fire in the Sumy region overnight. Information on the casualties is being clarified. The head of the regional military administration, Dmytro Zhyvitskyy, said that civilians in the Okhtyrskyy district were hit by mines twice during the day. One person died, and four were wounded.
