1 рік і 1 день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Рік стійкості. Рік витримки. Рік єдності. Незламні піднялись на боротьбу в лютому. Незламні переможуть. Рік тому Росія думала, що українці покірно схилять голови, – але ми не скорилися. Звичайні герої серед нас – прості українці, які разом із рятівниками розбирали завали після обстрілів, давали прихисток, закривали собою інших від уламків, рятували тварин, оперували без світла і щодня знаходили сили робити неможливе. Наш незламний дух і хоробрість допомагають нашим військовим наближати перемогу України. Ми вистояли. Ми почали звільняти нашу землю від російського зла. Ми повертаємо безпеку в міжнародні відносини. І ми знаємо, що міжнародна коаліція захисників свободи вже у 2023 році може стати коаліцією переможців. Кожен із нас – Воїн! Станьте поруч із нами! #StandWithUkraine

Цифри дня:
- За добу ЗСУ відбили понад 70 ворожих атак на 5 напрямках. російські загарбники завдали 27 авіаційних ударів та здійснили 75 обстрілів з реактивних систем залпового вогню. Вкотре постраждали міста, села та мирні люди.
- Група Світового банку оголосила про додаткове грантове фінансування для України на суму 2,5 мільярди доларів США. Зазначається, що цей грант є прямою бюджетною підтримкою уряду України і надається в рамках проєкту Світового банку “Державні витрати на підтримку адміністративної спроможності в Україні” (PEACE) для забезпечення безперервності надання основних послуг і здійснення головних функцій уряду в умовах війни. Кошти надані Агентством США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID).

- Канада направила Україні новий пакет фінансової підтримки на понад $32 мільйони. Кошти спрямують на розмінування, на заходи щодо підзвітності, включно з подоланням сексуального насильства, пов’язаного з конфліктом, на протидію хімічним, біологічним, радіологічним і ядерним загрозам.
- Смугу вздовж українського кордону з росією та білоруссю буде розширено до двох кілометрів та заміновано відповідно до закону. Документ, ухвалений 24 лютого Верховною Радою, має назву «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів щодо захисту державного кордону».
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 25 лютого:
ХЕРСОН. росіяни за добу 83 рази вдарили по Херсонщині. Під удари ворожої артилерії потрапили 34 населені пункти, повідомив голова Херсонської обласної військової адміністрації Олександр Прокудін у Телеграмі. По Херсону, за даними очільника ОВА, загарбники завдали дев’ять ударів. Ворожі снаряди влучили в житлові квартали, приватні й багатоквартирні будинки, будівлі дошкільного закладу освіти та медичного закладу. З визволених територій Херсонської області за добу вдалося евакуювати 30 людей.

ДНІПРО. росіяни всю ніч знову тероризували Дніпропетровщину: під вогнем Нікополь та Марганець. Дев’ять разів за ніч агресор бив по Нікопольщині з важкої артилерії. Смертоносні снаряди вгатили по Нікополю та Марганцю. Минулося без постраждалих. Є значні руйнування. У Нікополі понівечені три ліцеї, адмінбудівля, два приватні підприємства та магазин. Побиті 10 багатоповерхівок та 11 приватних будинків, господарські споруди, авто. Ушкоджень зазнали газогони та лінія електропередач. У Марганці пошкоджені 12 приватних будинків, 10 господарських споруд, газогін та електромережа.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

One year and one day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. A year of resilience. A year of forbearance. Ayear of unity. The indomitable rose to fight in February. The indomitable will win. A year ago, russia thought that the Ukrainians would humbly bow their heads, but we did not submit. Ordinary heroes among us are ordinary Ukrainians who, together with the rescuers, dismantled rubble after shelling, provided shelter, covered others from the debris, saved animals, operated without light and found the strength to do the impossible every day. Our indomitable spirit and bravery help our military to bring the victory of Ukraine closer. We persevered. We began to free our land from russian evil. We are returning security to international relations. And we know that the international coalition of defenders of freedom can already become a coalition of winners in 2023. Each of us is a Warrior! - During the day, the Armed Forces repulsed more than 70 enemy attacks in 5 directions. the russian invaders carried out 27 airstrikes and launched 75 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Once again, cities, villages and civilians suffered.
- The World Bank Group announced additional grant funding for Ukraine in the amount of 2.5 billion US dollars. It is noted that this grant is a direct budget support of the government of Ukraine and is provided within the framework of the World Bank project “Public Expenditures for the Support of Administrative Capacity in Ukraine” (PEACE) to ensure the continuity of the provision of basic services and the implementation of the main functions of the government in conditions of war. The funds were provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

- Canada sent Ukraine a new package of financial support worth more than $32 million. Funds will go towards demining, accountability measures, including addressing conflict-related sexual violence, and countering chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
- The strip along the Ukrainian border with russia and belarus will be expanded to two kilometers and mined in accordance with the law. The document, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on February 24, is entitled “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Regarding the Protection of the State Border.”
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of February 25:
KHERSON. russians struck Kherson Oblast 83 times in a day. 34 settlements were hit by enemy artillery, Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported in Telegram. In Kherson, the invaders struck nine blows. Enemy shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings, buildings of a pre-school educational institution and a medical institution. It was possible to evacuate 30 people from the liberated territories of the Kherson region in a day.

DNIPRO. russians terrorized Dnipropetrovsk Region all night long: Nikopol and Marganets were under fire. Nine times during the night, the aggressor hit Nikopol with heavy artillery. Deadly shells hit Nikopol and Marhanets. There were no casualties. There is considerable destruction. In Nikopol, three lyceums, an administrative building, two private enterprises and a shop were mutilated. 10 high-rise buildings and 11 private houses, farm buildings, and cars were broken into. Gas burners and power lines were damaged. In Marhanka, 12 private houses, 10 commercial buildings, a gas pipeline and an electricity network were damaged.
