370-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Протягом останньої доби Збройні Сили України відбили на фронті понад 60 російських атак. Щодня ворог збільшує інтенсивність штурмових дій, залишаючи навколо себе тільки руїни та випалену землю. Надзвичайно напруженою є ситуація в районі Бахмута, повідомив командуючий Сухопутних військ ВСУ Олександр Сирський. - Генштаб: Протягом доби ворог завдав по Україні вісім ракетних та 32 авіаційних ударів, здійснив 85 обстрілів із реактивних систем залпового вогню.
- Країни G7 у заяві, присвяченій річниці вторгнення росії в Україну, заявили про своє зобов’язання посилити дипломатичну, фінансову та військову підтримку Києва. Також вони наголосили на рішучості притягти путіна й інших винних до відповідальності.
- З початку повномасштабного російського вторгнення допомога США Україні у сфері безпеки, економіки, гуманітарної та соціальної підтримки становила близько 50 млрд доларів, повідомила міністр фінансів Джанет Єллен під час візиту до Києва.

- Єврокомісія та Польща за підтримки ООН запускають ініціативу з пошуку тисяч українських дітей, яких російські військові незаконно вивезли з окупованих територій України, повідомила прес-секретар ЄК Дана Спінант.
- Польща передасть Україні десять танків Leopard 2А4, а також 60 танків Т-72 і PT-91 Twardy впродовж кількох тижнів, після завершення навчання українських екіпажів, повідомив міністр канцелярії польського прем’єра Міхал Дворчик.
- Під час російського вторгнення в Україну зафіксовано десятки випадків сексуалізованого насильства щодо чоловіків, жінок та дівчаток. Усі ці факти задокументовані, повідомив генеральний секретар ООН Антоніу Гутерріш на щорічній сесії Ради з прав людини ООН, яка розпочалася у понеділок у Женеві.
- ЄС продовжив на рік санкції проти Білорусі, пов’язані з внутрішніми репресіями та підтримкою режимом війни проти України.

- Бельгія заморозила 58 млрд євро російських активів — найбільше в ЄС, повідомив міністр фінансів країни Вінсент Ван Петегем.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 28 лютого:
ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬКИЙ. У місті під час нічної атаки дронів загинули 2 рятувальники ДСНС: 21-річний Владислав Дворак та 31-річний Сергій Севрук. Вони разом із колегами ліквідували наслідки атаки БПЛА, коли противник здійснив повторний обстріл. Ще троє рятувальників перебувають у лікарні.
ДНІПРО. Вночі росіяни намагалися атакувати область безпілотниками. Усі вони були збиті. Ворог також тричі бив по Нікополю з важкої артилерії. У місті пошкоджено готель, 3 приватні будинки, господарську споруду та авто, обірвані лінії електропередач.

ХЕРСОН. Минулої доби росіяни 97 разів атакували населені пункти області з РСЗВ, мінометів, артилерії, танків, БПЛА та БМП. Одна людина загинула, ще 2 отримали поранення. На окупованій частині області, як повідомляє Генштаб, росіяни обмежують пересування цивільного населення. Крім того, окупанти демонтують завод «Чумак» з метою вивезти обладнання до Криму, повідомив депутат облради Сергій Хлань.
ДОНБАС. У Донецькій області за минулу добу внаслідок російських обстрілів поранено двоє людей. Внаслідок обстрілу смт Курахівка відомо про одного загиблого, обстріл триває, повідомив Офіс президента.

Day 370 of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Over the last day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled more than 60 russian attacks at the front. Every day, the enemy increases the intensity of its assault operations, leaving only ruins and scorched earth. The situation in the area of Bakhmut is extremely tense, said Oleksandr Syrsky, commander of the Ukrainian Land Forces. Despite the enemy’s impotent fury, Ukrainian heroes have been holding the defence of this fortress city for almost six months. - General Staff: During the day, the enemy launched eight missile and 32 air strikes against Ukraine, fired 85 times from multiple launch rocket systems.
- The G7 countries, in a statement dedicated to the anniversary of russia’s invasion of Ukraine, declared their commitment to strengthen diplomatic, financial and military support for Kyiv. They also emphasised their determination to bring putin and other perpetrators to justice.
- Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion, U.S. assistance to Ukraine in security, economy, humanitarian and social support has amounted to about $50 billion, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said during a visit to Kyiv.

- The European Commission and Poland, with the support of the United Nations, are launching an initiative to search for thousands of Ukrainian children illegally taken by the russian military from the occupied territories of Ukraine, said EC spokeswoman Dana Spinant.
- Poland will hand over ten Leopard 2A4 tanks, as well as 60 T-72 and PT-91 Twardy tanks, to Ukraine in a few weeks after the training of Ukrainian crews is completed, said Michal Dworczyk, Minister of the Polish Prime Minister’s Office.
- During the russian invasion of Ukraine, dozens of cases of sexualised violence against men, women and girls were recorded. All these facts have been documented, said UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres at the annual UN Human Rights Council session, which began on Monday in Geneva.

- The EU has extended sanctions against belarus for a year related to internal repression and the regime’s support for the war against Ukraine.
- Belgium has frozen 58 billion euros of russian assets, the largest in the EU, according to Finance Minister Vincent Van Petegem.
What you need to know about the situation in Ukraine as of February 28:
KHMELNYTSKYI. 2 rescuers in the city were killed in a nighttime drone attack: 21-year-old Vladislav Dvorak and 31-year-old Serhiy Sevruk. Together with their colleagues, they eliminated the consequences of the UAV attack when the enemy fired again. Three more rescuers are in the hospital.

DNIPRO. At night, russians tried to attack the region with drones. All of them were shot down. The enemy also shelled Nikopol three times with heavy artillery. A hotel, three private houses, an outbuilding and a car were damaged in the city, and power lines were cut.
KHERSON. Over the past day, russians attacked the region’s settlements 97 times with MLRS, mortars, artillery, tanks, UAVs and infantry fighting vehicles. One person was killed, and two others were wounded. According to the General Staff, russians are restricting the movement of civilians in the occupied part of the region. In addition, the occupiers are dismantling the Chumak plant to take the equipment to Crimea, said regional council deputy Serhiy Khlan.
DONBAS. Russian shelling wounded two people in the Donetsk region over the past day. One person was killed in the shelling of Kurakhivka; the shelling continues, the Presidential Office reports.
