387-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. 9 років тому ворог анексував український Крим. В середині березня минулого року окупант ще був на півночі нашої держави і мав зовсім інші позиції на півдні. Станом на сьогодні український прапор піднятий у деокупованих Херсоні, Куп’янську, Ізюмі. Настане день, і гімн України лунатиме у Севастополі. Ми обов’язково звільнимо усі наші міста та усіх наших людей. А всі винуватці воєнних злочинів проти українців опиняться в залах Міжнародного кримінального суду та національних судів. Цифри дня:
- Генштаб ЗСУ: За добу російські війська завдали двох ракетних та 16 авіаційних ударів, а також здійснили 25 обстрілів з реактивних систем залпового вогню.
- В ОБСЄ оцінили втрати росії в боях за Бахмут у 20-30 тисяч людей убитими та пораненими.
- Відомі європейські політики, науковці та діячі культури направили спільне звернення до глав держав та урядів 27 країн Євросоюзу із закликом розпочати переговори про вступ України до ЄС у червні 2023 року.

- Польща передасть Україні чотири винищувачі МіГ-29 найближчими днями, повідомив президент Анджей Дуда.
- Міністр збройних сил Франції Себастьєн Лекорню оголосив про прибуття в Україну першої партії французьких колісних танків AMX-10 RC. За його словами, деякі з них уже вирушили на передову.
- Уряд Швеції ухвалив рішення передати Україні 8 гаубиць Archer — міністр оборони Пол Йонсон.
- Австрія приєдналася до коаліції країн, які працюють над створенням Спеціального трибуналу щодо злочину агресії проти України, повідомив голова українського МЗС Дмитро Кулеба.
- Незалежна міжнародна комісія ООН оприлюднила звіт про воєнні злочини російських військових в Україні. Серед них вказані умисні вбивства, тортури, зґвалтування, депортація, атаки на енергетичну інфраструктуру.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 17 березня:
ХЕРСОН. Заступник міністра оборони Ганна Маляр повідомила, що російські окупанти продовжують масово красти майно з об’єктів державних установ і підприємств та помешкань цивільного населення на тимчасово окупованій території України. Так, минулого тижня в населених пунктах Роздольне, Каланчак, Нова Збур’ївка та Гола Пристань Херсонської області під приводом проведення нібито антитерористичних заходів окупанти проводили обшуки будинків місцевих жителів, у тому числі покинутих власниками.
ДОНБАС. Британська розвідка повідомляє, що за останній тиждень російські спроби штурму Вугледара майже напевно сповільнилися, а єдиний помітний тактичний успіх окупантів останнім часом був досягнутий у Бахмутському секторі. Шістьох мирних жителів та іноземного волонтера поранено внаслідок обстрілу Костянтинівки, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації. Пошкоджено не менше 19 будинків, школи та будівлі підприємства. Зранку 17 березня окупанти завдали 4 авіаудари ро Авдіївці. Минулося без жертв, але знищений житловий будинок.

The 387th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. 9 years ago, the enemy annexed Ukrainian Crimea. In mid-March last year, the occupier was still in the north of our country and had completely different positions in the south. As of today, the Ukrainian flag is raised in the de-occupied Kherson, Kupiansk, and Izyum. One day, the Ukrainian anthem will sound in Sevastopol. We will definitely liberate all our cities and all our people. And all perpetrators of war crimes against Ukrainians will be brought to justice in the halls of the International Criminal Court and national courts. - AFU General Staff: russian troops conducted two missile and 16 air strikes and fired 25 times from multiple launch rocket systems over the past 24 hours.
- The OSCE estimates russia’s losses in the battle for Bakhmut at 20-30,000 killed and wounded.
- Prominent European politicians, scientists and cultural figures sent a joint appeal to the heads of state and government of the 27 EU countries calling for the start of negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the EU in June 2023.

- Poland will hand over four MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine in the coming days, President Andrzej Duda said.
- French Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced the arrival of the first batch of French AMX-10 RC wheeled tanks in Ukraine. According to him, some of them have already been sent to the frontline.
- The Swedish government has decided to transfer 8 Archer howitzers to Ukraine – Defence Minister Paul Johnson.
- Austria has joined the coalition of countries working to establish a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.
- The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry released a report on war crimes committed by the russian military in Ukraine. Among them are premeditated killings, torture, rape, deportation, and attacks on energy infrastructure.

What you need to know about the situation in Ukraine as of 17 March:
KHERSON. Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Malyar said that russian occupiers continue to steal property from state institutions and enterprises and civilian homes in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Thus, last week, in the settlements of Razdolnoye, Kalanchak, Nova Zburyivka and Hola Prystan in the Kherson region, under the pretext of conducting alleged anti-terrorist measures, the occupiers searched the houses of local residents, including those abandoned by their owners.
DONBAS. British intelligence reports that russian attempts to storm Vuhledar have almost certainly slowed down over the past week, with the only notable tactical success of the occupiers recently in the Bakhmut sector. The regional military administration reported that six civilians and a foreign volunteer were wounded in the shelling of Kostyantynivka. At least 19 houses, a school and a business building, were damaged. On the morning of 17 March, the occupiers conducted four air strikes in Avdiivka. There were no casualties, but a residential building was destroyed.
