414-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Черговим доказом нелюдяності та жорстокості кремлівських терористів для усього світу стало жахливе відео зі стратою українського полоненого російськими військовими злочинцями. «Є те, що нікому на світі неможливо ігнорувати: як легко ці звірі вбивають. Це відео росії, якою вона є і як вона намагається зробити саме це новою нормою – таку звичку знищувати життя. Ми нічого не збираємося забувати і прощати вбивцям. Законна відповідальність буде за все. Потрібен програш терору», – наголосив Президент Зеленський.

- В Управлінні верховного комісара ООН з прав людини назвали шокуючими відео з обезголовлюванням, а також з понівеченими тілами двох українських військових. Водночас там додали, що такі випадки не є поодинокими – в ООН за рік задокументовано 15 страт українських військовополонених.
- Голова МЗС України Дмитро Кулеба назвав абсурдом головування росії в ООН після оприлюдненого відео і закликав притягнути російських терористів до відповідальності.

- Гентшаб ЗСУ: Українські військові протягом доби відбили понад 45 ворожих атак. За добу росіяни завдали двох ракетних та 32 авіаційних ударів, здійснили понад 40 обстрілів з РСЗВ. Дві ракети потрапили до об’єктів цивільної інфраструктури Слов’янська.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 13 квітня:
ХАРКІВ. Внаслідок російського обстрілу смт Дворічна Куп’янського району поранення отримали 40-річний чоловік та 30-річна жінка. Обидва у тяжкому стані. Пошкоджено 13 приватних будинків, 2 господарські будівлі та авто, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації.

ДНІПРО. російська армія вдарила по житлових будинках у Нікополі. З-під завалів рятувальники дістали поранених 72-річних чоловіка та жінку.
ХЕРСОН. Минулої доби росіяни 46 разів обстріляли Херсонську область, випустивши 185 снарядів із важкої артилерії та авіації. Є попадання по житлових кварталах населених пунктів області, а також територію заводу. Загинула одна людина. У Бериславі через обстріли виникла пожежа на території одного з підприємств.
ДОНБАС. Вночі по Слов’янську було завдано ракетного удару з комплексів С-300. Постраждали будівлі школи, водоканалу, приватні будинки та багатоповерхівки. За даними місцевої влади, жертв немає. Як повідомляє Луганська ОВА, росіяни готують до депортації понад 2,7 тисячі дітей з регіону. Зокрема, в так званій «ЛНР» тривають медичні огляди дітей, після яких певна їх кількість зникає.

414th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Another proof of the inhumanity and cruelty of the Kremlin terrorists to the whole world was the horrific video of the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner by russian war criminals. “There is something that no one in the world can ignore: how easily these beasts kill. It is a video of russia as it is and how it is trying to make this the new normal – this habit of destroying lives. We are not going to forget anything and forgive the killers. There will be legal responsibility for everything. We need to defeat terror,” President Zelenskyy stressed.

- The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights called the videos of the beheadings and mutilated bodies of two Ukrainian soldiers shocking. At the same time, they added that such cases are not isolated – the UN has documented 15 executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war over the past year.
- Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called russia’s UN presidency absurd after the video was released and called for russian terrorists to be brought to justice.

DNIPRO. russian army struck residential buildings in Nikopol. Rescuers pulled out a wounded 72-year-old man and woman from the rubble.

KHERSON. Over the past day, russians fired 46 times at the Kherson region, launching 185 shells from heavy artillery and aircraft. Residential areas of the region’s settlements and the territory of a plant were hit. One person was killed. A fire broke out on the territory of one of the enterprises in Beryslav due to shelling.
DONBAS. At night, Sloviansk was hit by a missile attack from S-300 systems. The buildings of a school, a water utility, private houses and high-rise buildings were damaged. According to local authorities, there were no casualties. According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, russians are preparing to deport more than 2,700 children from the region. In particular, medical examinations of children continue in the so-called LPR, after which a certain number of them disappear.
