302-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Як підкреслив Президент Зеленський у своєму виступі в Конгресі США, українці вже перемогли, здолавши російську тиранію в битві за думки світу. Але маємо ще перемогти кремль на полі бою, і для цього нам потрібна підтримка наших партнерів та союзників. Важливо розуміти, що ця жорстока війна ведеться не лише за землю, життя, свободу й безпеку українців чи будь-якого іншого народу, який росія прагне підкорити. Це битва за те, в якому світі житимуть наші діти й онуки та їхні діти й онуки. Отже справедливий мир для України — це жодних компромісів щодо території та відшкодування всіх збитків, завданих російською агресією. І нехай цей Новий рік та Різдво Христове ми святкуватимемо без електрики та тепла. Але світло нашої української душі нікому не під силу згасити. Згідно із останнім опитуванням КМІС, 78,5% опитаних українців оптимістично оцінюють майбутнє України. Продовжуємо боротися і обов’язково здобудемо остаточну Перемогу. Кожен із нас Воїн! Цифри дня:
- Президент України Володимир Зеленський прибув до США із першим закордонним візитом після початку війни. Він зустрівся з Джо Байденом та виступив перед Конгресом.
- США офіційно оголосили про новий пакет військової допомоги Україні на 1,85 мільярда доларів. До нього вперше увійшли ЗРК Patriot, що суттєво посилять протиповітряну оборону України і створять ешелоновану систему ППО.
- Президент США Джо Байден: путін не має наміру зупиняти цю війну, і США хочуть підтримувати здатність України продовжувати захищати свою державу від російської агресії, доки вона триває.
Президент Зеленський виступив у Конгресі США та передав конгресменам український прапор з Бахмута. 21 грудня.
- Конгрес Сполучених Штатів 21 раз аплодував стоячи під час промови Президента Зеленського, який дякував за допомогу та закликав і надалі діяти проти агресії росії спільно.
- Генштаб ЗСУ: Минулої доби ворог завдав 6 ракетних і 15 авіаційних ударів, у тому числі і по цивільних об’єктах у Запорізькій області. У Гуляйполі російська авіація вдарила по міській лікарні. Також здійснено 64 обстріли з РСЗВ.
- російські війська з початку вторгнення втратили 100 тисяч осіб, три тисячі танків та близько шести тисяч одиниць іншої бронетехніки, – Генштаб ЗСУ.
- Римський Колізей та Сіднейська опера, головні різдвяні ялинки Нью-Йорка та Лондона та понад 60 всесвітньо відомих об’єктів вимкнули 21 грудня світло на знак солідарності з народом України.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 22 грудня:
КИЇВ. На сьогоднішній день ситуація з електропостачанням столиці залишається найскладнішою в Україні, повідомляють енергетики. Київ не може отримати потужність від енергосистем країни через пошкодження високовольтного обладнання.
ДНІПРО. Понад 50 «прильотів» із «Градів», «Ураганів» та важкої артилерії зафіксовано цієї ночі по Нікопольському району. У Марганці постраждала 8-річна дівчинка. Пошкоджено близько 40 житлових будинків, господарські споруди, автомобілі. Обірвані лінії електропередач.

МИКОЛАЇВ. Повідомляється про російський обстріл Очакова зі ствольної артилерії. Є влучання у двір мирних мешканців. Поранено трьох людей, серед них – 10-річний хлопчик. Вночі сили ППО збили над Миколаївською областю ракету Х-59, повідомило Оперативне командування «Південь».
ХЕРСОН. Одна людина загинула і ще 6 отримали поранення в результаті російських обстрілів області минулої доби. Під вогнем знову опинилися житлові квартали Херсона, суднобудівний завод. У селі Правдине, що було окуповане російськими військами з березня по початок листопада, виявлено поховання семи загиблих мирних жителів, серед яких дівчинка-підліток. Всього на звільненій території Херсонщини, станом на 21 грудня, знайдено поховання близько 500 мирних жителів, які загинули під час окупації.

ДОНБАС. Як повідомляє Генштаб, ЗСУ відбили атаки російських військових у 16 населених пунктах Донецької та Луганської областей. Британська розвідка повідомляє, що російські війська, посилені бійцями ПВК «Вагнер», за останній тиждень трохи просунулися на східній околиці Бахмута, а у місті тривають вуличні бої. В Україні не було вуличних боїв з моменту захоплення Лисичанська та Сєвєродонецька у липні. Аналітики припускають, що армія рф до них виявиться погано готовою. У Донецькій області за минулу добу внаслідок російських обстрілів загинуло двоє мирних жителів у Вугледарі та Торському, ще 8 людей в області було поранено. Крім того, у Святогірську правоохоронці виявили тіла двох цивільних, убитих під час окупації.

302nd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. As President Zelenskyy emphasised in his speech to the U.S. Congress, Ukrainians have already won, overcoming russian tyranny in the battle for the world’s opinion. However, we still have to defeat the kremlin on the battlefield, and for this, we need the support of our partners and allies. It is essential to understand that this brutal war is waged not only for the land, life, freedom and security of Ukrainians or any other people russia seeks to conquer. It is a battle for the world in which our children and grandchildren and their children and grandchildren will live. Therefore, reasonable peace for Ukraine means no compromises on the territory and compensation for all the damages caused by russian aggression. Though we will celebrate this New Year and Christmas without electricity and heat. Nevertheless, no one can extinguish the light of our Ukrainian soul. According to the latest KIIS poll, 78.5% of Ukrainians are optimistic about the future of Ukraine. We continue to fight and will definitely win the absolute Victory. Each of us is a Warrior! KYIV. Power supply in the capital remains the most difficult in Ukraine, according to power engineers. Kyiv cannot receive power from the country’s energy systems due to damage to high-voltage equipment.
DNIPRO. More than 50 “arrivals” from “Grad”, “Uragan”, and heavy artillery were recorded last night in the Nikopol district. An 8-year-old girl was injured in Marganka. About 40 residential buildings, outbuildings and cars were damaged. Power lines were broken.
MIKOLAYIV. russian shelling of Ochakiv with cannon artillery is reported. There were hits in the yard of civilians. Three people were wounded, among them a 10-year-old boy. At night, air defence forces shot down an X-59 missile over the Mykolaiv region, the Operational Command “South” reported.

KHERSON. One person was killed, and six others were wounded due to russian shelling of the region yesterday. Residential areas of Kherson and a shipyard came under fire again. In the village of Pravdyne, which was occupied by russian troops from March to early November, the graves of seven dead civilians, including a teenage girl, were found. In total, on the liberated territory of the Kherson region, as of December 21, burials of about 500 civilians who died during the occupation were found.
DONBAS. According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled attacks of the russian military in 16 settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. British intelligence reports that russian troops, reinforced by Wagner PMC fighters, have made some progress on the eastern outskirts of Bakhmut over the past week, and street fighting continues in the city. Ukraine has not seen street fighting since the seizure of Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk in July. Analysts suggest that the Russian army will be ill-prepared for them. In the Donetsk region, two civilians were killed in Vuhledar and Torske, and eight more were wounded in the area due to russian shelling over the past day.
