354-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Разом з Перемогою над окупантом важливим напрямом є посилення державних інституцій України й захист інституцій від будь-яких спроб (ззовні чи зсередини) зменшити їх дієздатність та ефективність. Це стосується різних напрямів: і кадрової політики, і взаємодії між державними інституціями, і чистоти того, як працюють державні структури. Служба безпеки України, Державне бюро розслідувань, Офіс Генерального прокурора мають значні результати у захисті нашої держави від тих, хто працював на державу-агресора. Цифри дня:
- ЗСУ ліквідували ще 900 окупантів. Загальні бойові втрати противника з 24.02.22 по 12.02.23: особового складу ‒ 137780 (+900), танків ‒ 3280 (+13), броньованих машин ‒ 6488 (+14), артилерійських систем – 2287 (+17).
- Перша партія, переданих Литвою зенітних ракет L-70, вже в Україні. Про доставлення до України бойових ракет повідомив міністр оборони Литви Арвидас Анушаускас в своєму twitter.
- За минулу добу, 11 лютого, українські військові відбили ворожі атаки біля 11 населених пунктів Луганської та Донецької областей. ЗСУ завдали 19 ударів по районах зосередження окупантів, два удари по позиціях зенітно-ракетних комплексів та уразили 14 районів зосередження живої сили противника. Про це повідомляє Генеральний Штаб ЗСУ.

- У битві за Бахмут прикодонники збили ще один ворожий літак. Повітряну ціль, ймовірно штурмовик Су-25, знищив розрахунок ПЗРК прикордонного підрозділу. Літак розбився, катапультування пілота наші захисники не побачили.
- До “Гвардії наступу” подали вже понад 20 тисяч заявок. Це 8 штурмових бригад, формування яких розпочало МВС і до яких можуть вступати добровольці.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 12 лютого:
МИКОЛАЇВ. Учора з 23:00 ворог завдавав артилерійських ударів по акваторії та населеному пункту Очаківської громади. Пошкоджено житловий будинок. Постраждалих немає. Також о 23:10 зафіксовано ворожі влучання за межами населених пунктів Куцурубської громади. Постраждалих немає.

ДОНБАС. За добу росіяни вбили 1 жителя Донеччини — у Бахмуті. Ще 10 людей в області одержали поранення.
ХАРКІВ. Вчора, близько 23:15, ворог завдав чергових ракетних ударів по Харкову. Пошкодження отримало одне з підприємств. Сталася масштабна пожежа. Також було зафіксовано влучання у депо “Нової пошти”. Внаслідок удару поранення отримав 35-річний цивільний чоловік. Госпіталізований у стані середньої тяжкості.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

The 354th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Together with the Victory over the occupier, an important direction is the strengthening of the state institutions of Ukraine and the protection of the institutions from any attempts (from outside or inside) to reduce their effectiveness and efficiency. This applies to various areas: both personnel policy, and interaction between state institutions, and the purity of how state structures work. The Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, and the Prosecutor General’s Office have achieved significant results in protecting our country from those who worked for the aggressor state. - The Armed Forces liquidated another 900 occupiers. Total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 12.02.23: personnel ‒ 137780 (+900), tanks ‒ 3280 (+13), armored vehicles ‒ 6488 (+14), artillery systems – 2287 (+17).
- The first batch of L-70 anti-aircraft missiles transferred by Lithuania is already in Ukraine. The Minister of Defense of Lithuania Arvydas Anusauskas reported on the delivery of combat missiles to Ukraine on his twitter.
- Over the past day, on February 11, the Ukrainian military repelled enemy attacks near 11 settlements in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine made 19 strikes on the areas of concentration of the occupiers, two strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems and hit 14 areas of concentration of the enemy’s manpower. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

- In the battle for Bakhmut, the paratroopers shot down another enemy plane. The air target, probably a Su-25 attack aircraft, destroyed the MANPADS calculation of the border unit. The plane crashed, our defenders did not see the pilot’s ejection.
- More than 20,000 applications have already been submitted to “Offensive Guard”. These are 8 assault brigades, the formation of which was initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and which volunteers can join.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of February 12:
MYKOLAIV. Yesterday, from 11:00 p.m., the enemy launched artillery strikes on the water area and the settlement of Ochakivska hromada. A residential building was damaged. There are no casualties. Also, at 11:10 p.m., enemy hits were recorded outside the settlements of the Kutsurub community. There are no casualties.

DONBAS. During the day, russians killed 1 resident of Donetsk region — in Bakhmut. Another 10 people in the region were injured.
KHARKIV. Yesterday, around 11:15 p.m., the enemy launched another rocket attack on Kharkiv. One of the enterprises was damaged. There was a large-scale fire. A hit to the Nova Poshta depot was also recorded. As a result of the impact, a 35-year-old civilian was injured. Hospitalized in moderate condition.
