262-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Переможна хода наших героїчних Збройних Сил України досягла Херсона і лівого берега Дніпра. В кожному звільненому селі та місті люди вітають героїв українськими прапорами, оваціями, квітами та сльозами радості. Щемливі та хвилюючі сльози щастя на очах і в кожного з нас – після 8 місяців страшної російської окупації Херсон нарешті повернувся додому. Це дійсно історичний день для нашої держави. Велика Перемога, яку ми святкуємо усією країною. Обіймаємо серцем кожного, хто так довго чекав на визволення, і низько вклоняємося нашим героям, які дійшли сьогодні до Херсона. Хвилиною мовчання та величезною повагою вшановуємо тих, хто не дійшов, поклавши своє життя заради визволення нашої рідної землі. Україна повертає своє і продовжує переможний рух. Попереду Нова Каховка, Мелітополь, Маріуполь, Донецьк, Луганськ. Наші люди, наша земля. Немає на ній місця ворогу та усім тим жахіттям, що приніс із собою «руський мир». Слава кожному і кожній, хто воює за свободу! Вічна пам’ять усім, чиє життя забрали окупанти. Слава Україні!

Цифри дня:
- Українські військові зайшли до Херсона. У місті перебувають Сили спеціальних операцій Збройних сил, інші українські захисники — на підступах до міста, повідомив Президент Зеленський.

- Вся Миколаївська область, крім Кінбурнської коси, звільнена — голова ОВА Віталій Кім. Під контролем ЗСУ тепер водовод із Дніпра, строки потенційного відновлення питної води в Миколаєві будуть скоро повідомлені.
- Українцям поки що не радять повертатися на деокуповану Херсонщину, оскільки росіяни обстрілюють цю територію та енергетичні об’єкти регіону, – оперативне командування «Південь».
- Українська поліція повідомила про початок стабілізаційних заходів у деокупованій частині Херсонської області. Поліцейську присутність відновлено у 57 населених пунктах, у яких мешкає близько 11 тисяч людей. Поліцейські вже зафіксували 400 воєнних злочинів російських військових.
- Генштаб ЗСУ повідомляє, що минулої доби в Україні загинули 810 російських військових. Загальна кількість втрат росії становить 80 210 осіб.
- Відбувся черговий обмін полоненими — вдалося звільнити 45 воїнів ЗСУ, повідомив голова Офісу Президента Андрій Єрмак.
- Україна запустила новий фандрейзинговий напрямок в рамках платформи United24 — збір коштів для флоту зі 100 морських дронів, які здатні атакувати російські кораблі. Вже зібрано кошти на перший морський дрон, що називатиметься «Херсон».

ХЕРСОН. Генштаб ЗСУ та президент Зеленський підтвердили захід українських військ до Херсона. Багаточисельні відео та фото радісної зустрічі українських військових в обласному центрі та селах викладають місцеві мешканці та захисники. Разом з тим, повідомляється, що окупанти продовжують грабувати населені пункти, з яких відступають. Ворог також намагається максимально пошкодити лінії електропередач, інші елементи транспортної та критичної інфраструктури Херсонської області. Триває примусове виселення місцевих жителів з окремих населених пунктів. Так, у селищі Зеленівка противник заборонив жителям будь-які переміщення по населеному пункту та дообладнує системи оборонних рубежів. У Тягинці та Козацькому окупанти замінували дороги та елементи інфраструктури, є факти підривів цивільного населення.
МИКОЛАЇВ. Кількість загиблих після ворожого удару по житловому будинку в ніч на 11 листопада зросла до семи – тіла шести загиблих було деблоковано з-під завалів, ще одна людина померла в лікарні.

ХАРКІВ. Протягом минулої доби росіяни продовжили обстріли населених пунктів Харківщини, розташованих вздовж державного кордону з рф та лінією зіткнення. Зокрема, з мінометів, реактивної та ствольної артилерії ворог обстрілював міста і села Харківського, Чугуївського та Куп’янського районів. Є поранені. У Салтівському районі Харкова на невідомому вибуховому пристрої підірвалися двоє дітей.
ДНІПРО. Цієї ночі росіяни випустили по Нікополю понад 50 снарядів із РСЗВ «Град» та важкої артилерії. Зруйновано житлові будинки. За попередньою інформацією, обійшлося без жертв та постраждалих.
ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. Внаслідок ворожих обстрілів за минулу добу загинуло двоє мирних жителів у Бахмуті та Авдіївці. Ще п’ятеро людей в області отримали поранення. Крім того, правоохоронці виявили тіла шести убитих росіянами під час окупації у Дробишевому та у Яровій.

262nd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The victorious march of our heroic Armed Forces of Ukraine has reached Kherson and the bank of the Dnipro river. In every liberated village and city, people greet the heroes with Ukrainian flags, applause, flowers and tears of joy. There are tears of happiness in the eyes of each of us – after eight months of terrible russian occupation, Kherson finally returned home. It is a truly historic day for our country. A great victory that we celebrate all together. We embrace with our hearts everyone who has been waiting for liberation for so long and bow low to our heroes who have reached Kherson today. With a minute of silence and great respect, we honour those who did not make it, laying down their lives for the liberation of our native land. Ukraine is returning its own and continues the victorious movement. Nova Kakhovka, Melitopol, Mariupol, Donetsk, Luhansk are ahead. Our people, our land. There is no place on it for the enemy and all the horrors that the “russian world” brought with it. Glory to everyone who fights for freedom! Eternal memory to all those whose lives were taken by the occupiers. Glory to Ukraine!

- Ukrainian military entered Kherson. Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces are in the city; other Ukrainian defenders are on the outskirts of the town, President Zelenskiy said.
- The entire Mykolaiv region, except for the Kinburn Spit, has been liberated – Head of the Military Administration Vitaliy Kim. The water pipeline from the Dnipro is now under the control of the Armed Forces, and the timing of the potential drinking water restoration in Mykolaiv will be announced soon.

- Ukrainians are not advised to return to the de-occupied Kherson region yet, as russians are shelling this territory and energy facilities in the area – “South” operational command.
- Ukrainian police announced the start of stabilisation measures in the de-occupied part of the Kherson region. Police presence has been restored in 57 settlements with a population of about 11 thousand people. The police have already recorded 400 war crimes by the russian military.
- The AFU General Staff reports that 810 russian servicemen were killed in Ukraine over the past day. The total number of russian losses is 80 210 people.
- Another exchange of prisoners took place – 45 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were released, said the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak.
- Ukraine has launched a new fundraising direction within the United24 platform – raising funds for a fleet of 100 marine drones capable of attacking Russian ships. Funds have already been raised for the first marine drone, which will be called “Kherson”.

KHERSON. The AFU General Staff and President Zelenskiy confirmed the entry of Ukrainian troops into Kherson. Local residents and defenders post numerous videos and photos of the joyful meeting of the Ukrainian military in the regional centre and villages. At the same time, it is reported that the occupiers continue to loot the settlements from which they are retreating. The enemy is also trying to damage power lines, other transport elements and the Kherson region’s critical infrastructure. Forced eviction of residents from certain settlements continues. Thus, in the village of Zelenivka, the enemy banned the residents from moving into the territory and completed the defensive borders. In Tyahyntsi and Kozatske, the occupants mined roads and infrastructure elements; there are facts of explosions of civilians.
MYKOLAIV. The death toll after an enemy attack on a residential building on November 11 increased to seven – the bodies of six victims were unblocked from under the rubble, and another person died in hospital.

KHARKIV. Over the past day, russians continued shelling the settlements of the Kharkiv region located along the state border with russia and the contact line. In particular, the enemy shelled towns and villages of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts with mortars, rockets and cannon artillery. There are wounded. In the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv, two children exploded on an unknown explosive device.
DNIPRO. Last night russians fired more than 50 shells from MLRS “Grad” and heavy artillery at Nikopol. Residential buildings were destroyed. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
DONETSK REGION. Two civilians died in Bakhmut and Avdiivka due to enemy shelling over the last day. Five more people were wounded in the region. In addition, law enforcement officers found the bodies of six people killed by Russians during the occupation in Droysheve and Yarova.
