424-ий день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Санкційні пакети проти країни-агресора продовжують детально опрацьовуватися, і зокрема – щодо синхронізації з міжнародними партнерами. Це одне з ключових завдань – абсолютно усіх, хто прагне швидшого завершення війни, швидшої нашої перемоги. Завдання – прибрати будь-які можливості Росії обходити санкції. Наш народ вистояв у війнах, вистояв у випробуваннях, пройшов крізь усе, і найголовніше – зберіг свободу. Наша можливість жити, наша можливість будувати вільне майбутнє для українських дітей – ґрунтується на міцному фундаменті, що був закладений героїзмом усіх тих, хто не побоявся і хто здобував життя заради України. - Президент Зеленський увів у дію санкції РНБО проти 40 фізичних та 382 юридичних осіб. Зокрема під обмеженнями опинилися російські партії, Центрвиборчком рф та «росбанк».

- Президент Зеленський підписав закон «Про засудження та заборону пропаганди російської імперської політики в Україні і деколонізацію топонімії», який встановлює заборону на поширення символіки російської імперської політики на всій території України.
- Окупанти зменшили тиск на Вугледар. Напрям Авдіївка-Мар’їнка – дуже важкий, – Сили оборони. Обстріли не припиняються цілодобово. Окупанти за минулу добу 24 рази штурмували позиції ЗСУ в районі Мар’їнки та Авдіївки. Завдяки нашим воїнам жодна з атак ворога не увінчалася успіхом, – повідомив речник Сил оборони таврійського напрямку Олексій Дмитрашківський.
- Португалія передасть Україні п’ять броньованих рятувальних та медичних машин — три типу M113 і дві типу M577, – міністерка оборони країни Каррейрас.

ХАРКІВ. У Харкові одна з російських ракет влучила в землю. Ще одна ракета, ймовірно, розірвалася в повітрі над територією овочевої фабрики. Пошкоджені теплиці, робочі цехи. Також внаслідок ракетного удару по с. Котляри Харківського району зруйновано 2 приватні будинки, пошкоджено 10 будинків, 1 гараж та 4 автомобілі. Сталися пожежі. Обійшлося без постраждалих.
ДОНБАС. Вночі Слов’янськ знову обстріляли. російська ракета «С-300» влучила в мікрорайоні Лісний поблизу кар’єру. Постраждали декілька приватних будинків. За 22 квітня стало відомо про ще 4 людей, поранених росіянами: 3 в Бахмуті та 1 в Очеретиному.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. За минулу добу терористичні війська здійснили 70 артилерійських обстрілів, 4 атаки з РСЗВ та 4 із застосуванням БПЛА по населених пунктах на лінії розмежування. У Степногірську 56-річний чоловік отримав поранення під час артилерійського обстрілу.

ХЕРСОН. За минулу добу противник здійснив 54 обстріли, випустивши 236 снарядів з важкої артилерії, БПЛА та авіації. Через російську агресію одна людина загинула, двоє дістали поранення.
ДНІПРО. Вчора ввечері ворог скинув вибуховий снаряд з дрона над Марганецькою громадою. Люди не постраждали. Наслідки удару з‘ясовуються.
МИКОЛАЇВ. Вчора вдень росіяни обстріляли з артилерії акваторію Очаківської громади. Без руйнувань та постраждалих.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

Day 424th of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Sanction packages against the aggressor country continue to be worked out in detail, and in particular, with regard to synchronization with international partners. This is one of the key tasks of absolutely everyone who wants a faster end to the war, a faster victory for us. The task is to remove any opportunities for russia to circumvent sanctions. Our people endured wars, endured trials, went through everything, and most importantly – preserved their freedom. Our opportunity to live, our opportunity to build a free future for Ukrainian children is based on a solid foundation, which was laid by the heroism of all those who were not afraid and who earned their lives for the sake of Ukraine. - President Zelenskiy signed the law “On condemnation and prohibition of propaganda of russian imperial policy in Ukraine and decolonization of toponymy”, which prohibits the spread of symbols of russian imperial policy throughout Ukraine.
- Occupiers reduced the pressure on Ugledar. The Avdiivka-Maryinka direction is very difficult, – Defense Forces. Shelling does not stop around the clock. Over the past day, the occupiers stormed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Maryinka and Avdiivka areas 24 times. Thanks to our soldiers, none of the enemy’s attacks were successful, – said Oleksiy Dmytrashkivskyi, the spokesman of the Defense Forces of the Tauri region.
- Portugal will hand over five armored rescue and medical vehicles to Ukraine — three of the M113 type and two of the M577 type — Minister of Defense of the country Carreiras.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of April 23:
KHARKIV. In Kharkiv, one of the russian missiles hit the ground. Another missile probably exploded in the air over the territory of the vegetable factory. Greenhouses and workshops were damaged. Also, as a result of a rocket attack on the village of Kotlyari, Kharkiv district, 2 private houses were destroyed, 10 houses, 1 garage and 4 cars were damaged. There were fires. There were no casualties.
DONBAS. At night, Sloviansk was shelled again. russian S-300 missile hit a quarry in the Lisny neighborhood. Several private houses were damaged. On April 22, it became known about 4 more people injured by the russians: 3 in Bakhmut and 1 in Ocheretino.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. Over the past day, the terrorist forces have carried out 70 artillery attacks, 4 attacks with rocket launchers and 4 with the use of UAVs on populated areas on the demarcation line. In Stepnohirsk, a 56-year-old man was wounded during artillery shelling.

KHERSON. Over the past day, the enemy launched 54 attacks, firing 236 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs and aviation. As a result of russian aggression, one person died and two others were injured.
DNIPRO. Yesterday evening, the enemy dropped an explosive shell from a drone over the Marganets community. People were not injured. The consequences of the impact are being investigated.
MYKOLAIV. Yesterday afternoon, the russians shelled the waters of the Ochakiv community with artillery. No damage or casualties.
