146 день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Вже понад три тисячі крилатих ракет застосували російські терористи проти мирного населення України. Діти і прості люди гинуть по всій Україні від рук окупанта. Цієї ночі в Одеській, Сумській, Донецькій, дніпровській, Харківській областях. Усі відповідальні за цей терор мають бути покарані. Ми щодня просуваємося вперед, звільняючи крок за кроком нашу землю. Збройні Сили нашої держави змогли завдати окупантам істотних логістичних втрат. Загарбникам дедалі складніше утримувати позиції на захопленій території. Перспектива очевидна: Український прапор буде в усіх наших містах і селах.

Цифри дня:
- Президент Зеленський: від окупантів вже вдалося звільнити 1028 населених пунктів. Ще 2621 поки що під контролем загарбників. З усіма територіями, де є українці, – ми повинні підтримувати інформаційний зв’язок.

- Кількість жертв ракетного удару по Вінниці збільшилася до 25-ти. У лікарні померла лікар-невролог клініки “Нейромед”. Без мами залишилося троє дітей. Раніше повідомлялося, що через ракетний удар по місту в “Нейромеді” загинули майже всі лікарі.
- Шестеро людей, зокрема дитина, постраждали внаслідок російського ракетного удару по Одещині цієї ночі.
- Через російський обстріл Торецька Донецької області 18 липня під завалами будинку загинули 6 людей, ще двоє травмовані.
- Україні вдалося стабілізувати ситуацію на фронті, заявив головнокомандувач ЗСУ Валерій Залужний. «Вона складна, напружена, але повністю контрольована», – повідомив він.

- За останню добу українські військові завдали ворогу втрат і змусили відійти на Слов’янському та Авдіївському напрямках, на Бахмутському напрямку відбили штурм росіян — зведення Генштабу.
- ЗСУ на Херсонщині завдали ударів по скупченню озброєння, техніки та складу боєприпасів в районі Райського та по складу боєприпасів в районі Берислава, об’єкти знищено.
- російські військові вторглися до України з топографічними картами 50-річної давності, – Служба безпеки України. Співробітники відомства дізналися про це, вилучивши документи російських військових у районах Харківської області, які перебували під окупацією.
- Міністри закордонних справ ЄС погодилися виділити ще 500 млн євро на військову допомогу для України

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 19 липня:
ДОНБАС. ДСНС Донецької області повідомила про обстріл Торецька 18 липня. російський наряд потрапив у двоповерховий будинок, у ньому знаходилися люди. Рятувальники дістали 5 тіл з-під завалів, а також 3 постраждалих. Один із них помер у лікарні. Крім того, за останню добу одна людина загинула в Авдіївці, ще двоє людей отримали поранення. Про масовані удари по підконтрольній Україні частині Луганської області повідомив голова регіональної адміністрації Сергій Гайдай. По населеним пунктам на кордоні з Донецькою областю були чотири ракетні та два авіаудари, 11 обстрілів з артилерії по цивільній інфраструктурі.
ДНІПРО. В ніч на 19 липня окупанти випустили по Нікополю 40 снарядів із РСЗВ, є ушкодження на двох промислових підприємствах. Внаслідок вибухів виникла пожежа. Також пошкоджено житлові будинки та лінії електропередач. У Синельниківському районі російська ракета потрапила до елеватора, зруйнувавши склади із понад п’ятьма тисячами тон зерна. Другим ударом пошкоджено одну зі шкіл регіону. Попередньо обійшлося без жертв.

ХАРКІВ. Одна людина загинула та п’ятеро госпіталізовані з пораненнями внаслідок обстрілів Харківської області протягом доби. Пошкоджено житлові будинки та господарські будівлі, горіли поля із пшеницею. У Харківському районі потрапило по медустанові, почалася сильна пожежа. Через постійний масований обстріл пожежникам довелося двічі повертатися з місця пожежі, загасити вдалося лише з третьої спроби.
ОДЕСА. В ніч на 19 липня по Одещині було випущено 7 крилатих ракет «Калібр». Одну з них збили ППО, шість інших потрапи по одному із сіл, повідомляє ОК «Південь». Внаслідок удару спалахнуло 3 приватні будинки, так само пошкоджено будівлю школи та будинки культури. Постраждали 6 людей, серед них дитина.

СУМИ. Одна людина поранена у Білопільській громаді внаслідок мінометного обстрілу. Усього було 5 “прильотів”. Також обстріляно Краснопільську громаду, постраждалих немає.

- President Zelenskiy: 1028 settlements have already been liberated from the Kafirs. Another 2621 are still under the control of the invaders. And with all of them – with all of them where there are people – we must keep informational communication.
- The number of victims of the missile attack on Vinnytsia has risen to 25. A neurologist from the Neuromed clinic died in hospital. Three children were left without their mother. Earlier it was reported that the missile attack on the city killed almost all doctors at that clinic.

- russian shelling in Toretsk, Donetsk region, on 18 July, left six people dead and two more injured under the rubble of a house.
- Ukraine has managed to stabilise the situation on the front, AFU Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhniy said. “It is complicated, tense, but fully under control,” he said.
- Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military inflicted casualties on the enemy and forced them to retreat in the Slovyansk and Avdiivka directions, while in the Bakhmut direction, they repulsed an assault by the russians – the General Staff erection.
- The Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kherson Region struck a stockpile of weapons, equipment and ammunition near Rayskoye and an ammunition stockpile near Berislav; facilities were destroyed.

What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of 19 July:
DONBAS. The Donetsk Region’s State Emergency Service reported shelling in Toretsk on 18 July. A russian missile hit a two-storey building with people inside it. Rescuers retrieved five bodies from under the rubble and three injured. One of them died in hospital. In addition, one person was killed in Avdiivka over the past 24 hours, and two more were wounded. Massive strikes on the Ukrainian-controlled part of the Luhansk Region were reported by the head of the regional administration, Serhiy Gaidai. There were four rocket and two air strikes on settlements on the border with the Donetsk region and 11 artillery attacks on civilian infrastructure.
DNIPRO. On the night of 19 July, the occupiers fired 40 shells from MLRS at Nikopol; there was damage to two industrial enterprises. The fire broke out as a result of the explosions. Houses and power lines were also damaged. In Sinelnikovskiy district, a russian missile hit an elevator, destroying warehouses with more than five thousand tons of grain. A second strike damaged one of the region’s schools. No casualties were reported.

KHARKIV. One person died, and five were hospitalised with injuries from shelling in the Kharkiv region overnight. Houses and outbuildings were damaged, and wheat fields were on fire. A medical facility was hit in the area. Due to constant massive shelling, firefighters had to return from the fire scene twice; they managed to extinguish it only on the third attempt.
ODESA. Seven Kalibr cruise missiles were fired at the Odesa region on the night of 19 July. One was shot down by air defence, while six others hit one of the villages. Three private houses burst into flames due to the strike and damage to a school building and a cultural centre. Six people were injured, including a child.
SUMY. One person was injured in the Bilopil municipality due to mortar shelling. There were a total of five “incoming” rounds. Krasnopilsk community was also shelled, with no casualties.
