Наслідки російського удару по житловому будинку у Миколаєві 13 жовтня, фото обласної військової адміністрації
234-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Прокидаючись кожного ранку, ми дякуємо всім, хто щохвилини на варті нашого неба, моря та землі. Ворог не покидає своїх злочинних спроб тероризувати наші мирні міста та людей. Тільки за останню добу постраждала інфраструктура та мирні громадяни Харкова, Костянтинівки, Соледара, Бахмута, Запоріжжя, Давидова Брода та інших населених пунктів. Кожен з цих ударів тільки збільшує нашу лють та впевненість у Перемозі. Ми, українці, витримали потужний удар взимку, поховали міф про непереможність російської армії, а тепер повертаємо своє. І ніщо нас не зупинить. Нікого й нічого українського ми не залишимо ворогу. Звільнимо все своє. Маємо повернути мир і забезпечити нашій державі історичну перемогу. Кожен із нас Воїн! В Україні повністю відновлено системи електропостачання, зруйновані внаслідок російських ударів, – прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль.
- Слідчі завершили ексгумацію на місці масового захоронення військовослужбовців ЗСУ в Лимані, повідомила Нацполіція. З братської могили вилучено тіла 34 українських захисників. Тривають роботи на другій локації, де поховано понад 120 цивільних. Загалом з 29 вересня у визволених населених пунктах виявлено тіла 144 людей, які загинули під час окупації.
- Генштаб ЗСУ: за добу російські війська завдали шість ракетних та 30 авіаційних ударів, здійснили 48 обстрілів із реактивних систем залпового вогню. Дніпровська область та місто Очаків були атаковані іранськими дронами-камікадзе. Шість із дев’яти були збиті.
- За час війни росія застосувала проти України 1235 високоточних ракет великої дальності на загальну суму від 5,54 до 6,81 мільярда доларів, – Міноборони України. Згідно із звітом уряду США, росіяни втратила 6000 одиниць техніки й використовують боєприпаси в таких масштабах, що не зможуть компенсувати у зв’язку із санкціями.
- США виділяє новий пакет військової допомоги Україні в розмірі $725 мільйонів — у ньому будуть додаткові боєприпаси, а також військові автомобілі.
- Естонія, Ірландія, Латвія, Литва і Польща надіслали Єврокомісії пропозиції для дев’ятого пакету санкцій, в якому зокрема пропонують запровадити проти білорусі такі ж обмеження, як і проти росії.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 15 жовтня:

КИЇВ. Зранку по одному з районів Київської області було завдано ракетного удару. Повідомляється про значні ушкодження об’єкту енергетичної інфраструктури. Попередньо, обійшлося без жертв.
ДНІПРО. Внаслідок нічного обстрілу Нікополя поранено 35-річного чоловіка та 42-річну жінку. У місті пошкоджено понад 10 багатоповерхових та приватних будинків, транспортне підприємство, кілька магазинів та офісів. Внаслідок ранкового обстрілу міста поранено чоловіка та дві жінки. Також під ударами знаходилися Марганецька та Червоногригорівська громади.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Протягом ночі продовжувалися ракетні удари по Запоріжжю. Працювали сили ППО, але кілька об’єктів інфраструктури таки постраждали. Вранці у Запоріжжі було завдано удару по об’єктах промислової та енергетичної інфраструктури. Вибуховою хвилею пошкоджено 21 багатоквартирний будинок, 15 будинків приватного сектору, навчальний заклад та автостоянку. Жертв та постраждалих немає. Разом з тим, збільшилася кількість загиблих від ворожого удару по багатоповерхівці 9 жовтня. З-під завалів деблокували ще двох людей – усього відомо про 13 загиблих, пошукові роботи тривають.

ХАРКІВ. Внаслідок вчорашнього обстрілу області пошкоджено нежитлові приміщення. Зафіксовано «приліт» 5 ракет. повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації. За попередньою інформацією, обійшлося без жертв та постраждалих.
МИКОЛАЇВ. Через ракетний удар по житловому будинку в Миколаєві, який стався 13 жовтня, загинуло 8 людей: сім мешканців будинку та один рятувальник, який загинув на човновій станції під час чергування.
ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. Як повідомляє Генштаб, ЗСУ продовжують відражати ворожі атаки в регіоні. За даними британської розвідки, наступальні операції росії в центрі Донбасу тривають, ворог дуже повільно просувається вперед. Проте загальний оперативний задум підривається українським тиском на північний та південний фланги окупантів, а також гострою нестачею боєприпасів та живої сили. 13 жовтня правоохоронці виявили тіла чотирьох цивільних, які загинули раніше, – двоє у Лимані та двоє у Яковлівці. Ще шестеро людей за вчора отримали поранення, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації.

234th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Waking up every morning, we thank all those who guard our sky, sea and land every minute. The enemy does not abandon its criminal attempts to terrorize our peaceful cities and people. Over the last day alone, the infrastructure and civilians of Kharkiv, Kostyantynivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Zaporizhzhia, Davydovyi Brod and other settlements have suffered. Each of these strikes only increases our rage and confidence in the Victory. We, Ukrainians, withstood a powerful attack in the winter, buried the myth of the invincibility of the russian army, and now we are taking back ours. And nothing will stop us. We will not leave anyone and anything Ukrainian to the enemy. We will liberate everything that is ours. We must return to peace and ensure our country a historic victory. Each of us is a warrior! - Investigators have completed the exhumation at the mass grave of AFU service members in Lyman, the National Police reported. The bodies of 34 Ukrainian defenders were removed from the mass grave. Work continues at the second location, where more than 120 civilians are buried. Since September 29, the bodies of 144 people who died during the occupation have been found in the liberated settlements.
- AFU General Staff: russian troops carried out six missile and 30 air strikes, 48 attacks from multiple rocket launchers in the last day. Iranian kamikaze drones attacked the Dnipro region and the city of Ochakiv. Six out of nine were shot down.
- During the war, russia has used 1,235 long-range precision missiles against Ukraine at a total cost of $5.54 to $6.81 billion, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said. According to the US government report, the russians have lost 6,000 pieces of equipment and use ammunition on such a scale that they will not be able to compensate due to sanctions.
- The US allocates a new package of military aid to Ukraine of $725 million – it will include additional ammunition and army vehicles.
- Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland sent the European Commission proposals for the ninth package of sanctions, in which, in particular, they propose to impose the same restrictions against Belarus as against russia.

KYIV. In the morning, a rocket attack was carried out on one of the districts of the Kyiv region. Significant damage to the energy infrastructure is reported. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
DNIPRO. As a result of the night shelling of Nikopol, a 35-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman was wounded. More than 10 multi-storey and private houses, a transport company, several shops and offices were damaged in the city. As a result of the morning shelling of the town, a man and two women were wounded. Marhanetska and Chervonohryhorivska communities were also hit.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. Rocket attacks on the city continued during the night. Air defence forces were working, but several infrastructure facilities were still damaged. In the morning, industrial and energy infrastructure facilities were hit in Zaporizhzhya. The blast wave damaged 21 apartment buildings, 15 private sector buildings, an educational institution and a parking lot. There were no casualties or injuries. At the same time, the death toll from an enemy strike on a high-rise building on October 9 has increased. Two more people were rescued from the rubble – in total, 13 people are known to be dead, and search operations continue.

KHARKIV. Non-residential buildings were damaged as a result of yesterday’s shelling. The “arrival” of 5 rockets was recorded, the regional military administration reported. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries.
MYKOLAIV. 8 people died due to a rocket attack on a residential building in Mykolaiv on October 13: seven residents and one rescuer died at the boat station while on duty.
DONETSK REGION. According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to repel enemy attacks in the region. According to British intelligence, Russian offensive operations in the centre of Donbas continue, and the enemy is advancing very slowly. However, the overall operational plan is undermined by Ukrainian pressure on the northern and southern flanks of the occupiers, as well as by an acute shortage of ammunition and staffing. On October 13, law enforcement officers found the bodies of four civilians who had died earlier – two in Lyman and two in Yakovlivka. Six more people were wounded yesterday, the regional military administration reported.
