299-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Учора весь світ насолоджувався святом футболу під час видовищного фіналу Чемпіонату світу у Катарі. Дивилися його і українці – за допомогою генераторів у власних будинках, у пунктах незламності, в окопах на передовій. Як підкреслив президент Зеленський у своєму спеціальному відеозверненні до цієї події, російські ракети зруйнували стадіони у Чернігові, Херсоні та Миколаєві. З лютого росіяни вбили 184 українських спортсменів. А тисячі дітей замість того, щоб бігати на футбольних полях, сидять у бомбосховищах. Маємо говорити про злочини і факти агресії, бо тиша породжує зло. Мир – це цінність, за яку потрібно боротись та навколо якої варто об‘єднуватись. Саме до цього закликає Україна.

Цифри дня:
- Вночі росіяни атакували Київ та Миколаївську область дронами-камікадзе, є влучання по критичній інфраструктурі та житловим будинкам. Командування Повітряних сил України повідомляє про знищення 30 із 35 безпілотників «Shahed».
- Минулої доби росіяни 69 разів обстріляли територію Херсонської області з артилерії, РСЗВ, мінометів та танків. Шість людей отримали поранення різного ступеня тяжкості.

- Командувач Сухопутних військ Олександр Сирський заявив в інтерв’ю The Economist, що недооцінювати росію не можна, і мобілізація в рф спрацювала. росіяни змінили тактику і атакують невеликими пішими загонами, несучи високі втрати, але це «ніколи не було найвищим пріоритетом для росії».
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 19 грудня:
КИЇВ. Зранку 19 грудня столиця витримала кілька хвиль атак іранських «Shahed». В повітряному просторі Києва було зафіксовано 23 ворожих БПЛА, з них 18 знищено силами ППО. Кілька вибухів пролунали у Шевченківському та Солом’янському района – уламками ушкоджено житлові будинки, є пошкодження об‘єктів критичної інфраструктури. Енергетики та фахівці комунальних служб працюють над тим, щоб оперативно стабілізувати ситуацію з енерго- та теплопостачанням у місті та області.

ДНІПРО. По Нікополю за ніч росіяни випустили понад 60 снарядів з «Градів» та важкої артилерії. Пошкоджено десятки будинків, комунікації, адміністративні будівлі та заклади освіти. Обійшлося без постраждалих.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Як повідомляє Генштаб ЗСУ, ворог продовжує використовувати навчальні заклади на тимчасово захопленій території для прикриття своїх підрозділів. Так, у деяких населених пунктах Василівського району, російське командування розмістило особовий склад у приміщеннях шкіл, де триває навчальний процес триває. Крім того, російські загарбники, вочевидь, готуються до вуличних боїв у тимчасово окупованому Мелітополі – у центрі міста встановлюють бетонні пірамідальні протитанкові споруди, відомі як «зуби дракона».

ХАРКІВ. За повідомленням обласної військової адміністрації, внаслідок російського обстрілу Куп’янського району у селищі Ковшарівка пошкоджено будівлю лікарні, поранено 31-річного фельдшера. У селі Гракове Чугуївського району підірвався на міні працівник ДСНС, у тяжкому стані його госпіталізовано до лікарні.
ДОНБАС. Як повідомляє Генштаб, ворог намагається покращити тактичне положення під Лиманом та зосереджує зусилля на веденні наступальних дій на Бахмутському і Авдіївському напрямках. За минулу добу підрозділи Сил оборони відбили атаки російських окупантів в районах понад 15 населених пунктів. Речник Східного угруповання військ ЗСУ Сергій Череватий розповів, що завдяки зусиллям ЗСУ ворог не може вийти на оперативний простір, не здатний далі проводити стратегічно-наступальну операцію та зазнає щоденних величезних втрат.

299th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Yesterday the whole world enjoyed the football fest during Qatar’s spectacular World Cup final. Ukrainians also watched it – with the help of generators in their homes, in the points of invincibility, and in the front-line trenches. As President Zelenskyy stressed in his special video address to the event, russian missiles destroyed stadiums in Chernihiv, Kherson and Mykolaiv. Since February, russians have killed 184 Ukrainian athletes. Thousands of children, instead of running on football fields, are sitting in bomb shelters. We must talk about crimes and facts of aggression because silence breeds evil. Peace is a value worth fighting for and uniting around. This is what Ukraine calls for.

Several explosions occurred in Shevchenkivskyi and Solomianskyi districts – residential buildings were damaged by debris, and critical infrastructure facilities were damaged. Power engineers and specialists in public utilities are working to quickly stabilise the situation with power and heat supply in the city and the region.

DNIPRO. russians fired over 60 Grad and heavy artillery shells at Nikopol during the night. Dozens of houses, communications, administrative buildings and educational institutions were damaged. There were no casualties.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. According to the AFU General Staff, the enemy continues to use educational institutions on the temporarily occupied territory to cover their units. Thus, in some settlements of the Vasylivskiy district, the russian command deployed personnel on the premises of schools where the educational process is still ongoing. In addition, the russian invaders are apparently preparing for street battles in the temporarily occupied Melitopol – concrete pyramidal anti-tank structures known as “dragon’s teeth” are being installed in the city centre.

KHARKIV. According to the regional military administration, due to the russian shelling of the Kupyansk district in the village of Kovsharivka, a hospital building was damaged, and a 31-year-old paramedic was wounded. In the village of Hrakove, Chuhuiv district, an employee of the State Emergency Service hit a mine; he was hospitalised in serious condition.
DONBAS. According to the General Staff, the enemy is trying to improve the tactical situation near Lyman and focusing on conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions. Over the last day, the units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the russian occupants near more than 15 settlements. The spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Cherevaty, said that due to the efforts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy could not enter the operational space, is unable to continue to conduct a strategic offensive operation and suffers enormous losses every day.
