181-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Загальна кількість крилатих ракет, які росія застосувала за цей час, наближається до 3,5 тис. Удари російської артилерії інтенсивні та хаотичні. Кожен українець – Воїн! Сьогодні сміливість має два кольори – синій і жовтий! Увесь світ знає, як виглядає прапор України. Він став культовим! За радянських часів зберігання синьо-жовтого прапору вважалося злочином, за який ув’язнювали на 2 роки. Для нас це особливі кольори свободи, за яку ми відчайдушно боремося щодня, захищаючи загальнолюдські цінності. Борімось й далі за те, щоб цей прапор був у кожному куточку України! З Днем Державного прапора!

Цифри дня:
- Україна втратила майже 9000 своїх героїв з початку війни. За словами Головнокомандувача, Валерія Залужного, це не тільки військові, а й ті, хто взяв зброю в руки з числа цивільного населення для боротьби з російським окупантом.
- За добу вдалося евакуювати 825 людей з непідконтрольної частини Харківської області, 238 з них – діти, зазначає Міністр з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України Ірина Верещук.
- Попри війну і складну ситуацію, Україна працює для світу. Ми отримали майже 2 млрд гривень за експорт енергоносіїв в ЄС.
- Нідерланди виділять Україні додаткову допомогу на понад 80 млн євро. З них – 10 млн на проєкти, спрямовані на знешкодження мін та інших боєприпасів.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 23 серпня:
ХАРКІВ. У День Харкова ворог зранку продовжує атакувати. росіяни обстріляли Київський район Харкова. Влучили в приватний будинок. Ворог обстрілює військову та цивільну інфраструктуру в десятках населених пунктів та завдає авіаційних ударів.
ДОНЕЦЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ. Ворог продовжує наступальні дії. Зафіксовано обстріли в районі населеного пункту Краснопілля. У Словʼянському напрямку ворог здійснював вогневе ураження з танків, ствольної артилерії та РСЗВ. Бахмутський напрямок – один з основних. Ворог завдав авіаційні та ракетні удари по позиціях сил оборони в районі Соледара та Костянтинівки. У штурмових діях окупант жодного успіху не мав.

ДНІПРО. Росіяни вночі обстріляли Криворізький та Нікопольський райони Дніпропетровщини. Ударили «Ураганами». У Зеленодільській громаді вбили 45-річну жінку та поранили чоловіка. Понівечені з десяток будинків та лінія електропередач. Об 11:00 у Дніпрі пролунало кілька вибухів. Уламки ракет впали на приватні будинки.
ТИМЧАСОВО ОКУПОВАНІ ТЕРИТОРІЇ. Україна проводить контрнаступальні дії на Херсонщині. ЗСУ знов завдали удар по Антонівському мосту в той момент, коли ним рухалася колона російських автомобілів з боєприпасами, повідомила речниця прес-центру Сил оборони півдня Наталія Гуменюк.
Ми пишаємося сьогодні кожним, хто своїми діями, словами чи просто тихою молитвою наближає нашу спільну перемогу над ворогом! Ми на своїй землі і з нами правда, перемога і незалежність! Слава Україні!

It is the 181st day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The total number of cruise missiles that Russia used during the war is approaching 3500 ones. The strikes of Russian artillery are intense and chaotic. Every Ukrainian is a Warrior! Today, courage has two colors – blue and yellow! The whole world knows what the flag of Ukraine looks like. It became a cult! In Soviet times, owning a blue-yellow flag was considered a crime, punishable by 2 years in prison. For us, these are special colors of freedom, for which we desperately fight every day, protecting universal values. Let’s continue fighting for this flag to be in every corner of Ukraine! Highlights of the day:
- Ukraine has lost almost 9,000 of its heroes since the beginning of the war. According to the Commander-in-Chief, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, these are not only military staff, but also those civilians who took up arms to fight against the Russian occupiers.
- During the previous day 825 people were successfully evacuated from the uncontrolled part of the Kharkiv region, 238 of them are children, as the Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk notes.
- Despite the war and difficult economic situation, Ukraine manages to help the world. We received almost 2 billion UAH for the export of energy carriers to the EU.

- The Netherlands will allocate more than 80 million EUR in additional aid to Ukraine. Of these, 10 million will go to projects aimed at disarming mines and other munitions.
Situation in Ukraine as of August 23:
KHARKIV. On Kharkiv Day, the enemy continues to attack the city in the morning. The Russians shelled the Kyivskyi district. Private house was hit. The enemy also shells military and civilian infrastructure in dozens of settlements and carries out airstrikes.
DONETSK REGION. The enemy continues offensive actions. Shelling was recorded in the area of Krasnopillia settlement. In the direction of Sloviansk, the enemy inflicted damage from tanks, barrel artillery, and MLRS. Bakhmut direction is one of the most heated. The enemy launched air and missile strikes on the positions of the Ukrainian defense forces in the area of Soledar and Kostiantynivka. The occupiers did not have any success in the assault.

DNIPRO. At night, the Russians shelled the Kryvorizkyi and Nikopolskyi districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region by using BM-21 Uragans. A 45-year-old woman was killed and one man was wounded in the Zelenodolsk. A dozen houses and a power line were damaged. At 11:00, several explosions rang out in Dnipro. Debris of rockets fell on private houses.
TEMPORARY OCCUPIED TERRITORIES. Ukraine is conducting counteroffensive actions in the Kherson region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Antonivskyi Bridge again right when a convoy of Russian vehicles with ammunition was moving along it, said Nataliia Humeniuk, the spokesperson of the press center of the Southern Defense Forces.
