388-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Міжнародний кримінальний суд (МКС) видав ордер на арешт російського диктатора Володимира Путіна та його посібниціМарії Львової-Бєлової у зв’язку із незаконною депортацію українських дітей з окупованих районів України. Президент Зеленський назвав це «історичним рішенням, з якого почнеться історична відповідальність». За підрахунками українського уряду, зпочатку повномасштабного російського вторгнення з окупованих територій України було насильно депортовано понад 16 000 українських дітей. Їх позбавляють будь-якої можливості зв’язатися з рідними і відправляють до віддалених російських регіонів на «перевиховання». ● Рішення МКС щодо ордеру на арешт В.Путіна є початком процесу притягнення винних до відповідальності, заявив Верховний представник Європейського Союзу із закордонних справ та політики безпеки Жозеп Борель.
● Президент США Джо Байден назвав рішення МКС виправданим. «Очевидно, що він скоїв військові злочини», – цитує Байдена Reuters.
● 16 березня ООН випустила доповідь, автори якої детально вивчили випадки 164 дітей, яких вивезли із Донецької, Харківської та Херсонської областей. Самі ці діти пізніше розповідали, що представники російських соцслужб прямо говорили їм, що їх передадуть до російських родин на «перевиховання».
● ЄСПЛ задовольнив прохання Литви про участь у справі України проти росії на підставі військової агресії та порушення прав людини, повідомив литовський Мін’юст. Литва вступила у справу як третя сторона поряд з 25 іншими європейськими країнами.
● Сили ППО знищили 11 із 16 дронів камікадзе, якими росіяни вночі атакували Україну. Атака здійснювалась із східного узбережжя Азовського моря та з Брянської області рф.
● Генштаб ЗСУ: російські військові за активної підтримки місцевих колабораціоністів збільшують кількість камер для тортур на тимчасово окупованих та захоплених територіях України. Так, нову катівню виявили у південно-східній частині Енергодару Запорізької області.
● Уряд Словаччини схвалив передачу Україні 13 винищувачів МіГ-29 — прем’єр-міністр Едуард Геґер.

Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 18 березня:
ЛЬВІВ. Вночі росіяни влучили трьома безпілотниками у нежитлові приміщення в Яворівському району Львівщини, ще три збили сили ППО – обласна військова адміністрація.
ДНІПРО. Цієї ночі два російських дрони-камікадзе поцілили в об’єкт критичної інфраструктури у Новомосковську — є серйозні руйнування, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації. Водночас військові повітряного командування «Схід»знищили в небі над регіоном 3 ворожі безпілотники.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. За повідомленням місцевої влади, російські окупанти завдали удару по місту ракетами С-300, пошкоджень зазнав заклад громадського харчування.
ХЕРСОН. Минулої доби росіяни обстріляли область обстріляли 50 разів. Поранено 3 людини, повідомили в обласній військовій адміністрації.
ДОНБАС. Силами оборони за добу відбито понад 100 атак противника на фронті, повідомляє Генштаб. За словами командувача Сухопутних військ ОлександраСирського, ворог в Бахмуті задіяв усі свої потужності і намагається повністю оточити місто. росіяни зазнають величезних втрат. На деяких ділянках українські підрозділи мають частковий успіх.

The 388th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for russian dictator Vladimir Putin and his accomplice Maria Lvova-Belova in connection with the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied areas of Ukraine. President Zelenskyy called it “a historic decision, which will start a historic responsibility”. The Ukrainian government estimates that more than 16,000 Ukrainian children have been forcibly deported from the occupied territories of Ukraine since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion. They are deprived of any opportunity to contact their families and sent to remote russian regions for “re-education”. All those responsible for this and other war crimes will be brought to justice. ● The ICC’s decision to issue an arrest warrant for Putin is the beginning of the process of bringing the perpetrators to justice, said Josep Borel, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
● US President Joe Biden called the ICC’s decision justified. “It’s clear that he committed war crimes,” Reuters quoted Biden.
● On 16 March, the UN released a report, the authors of which studied in detail the cases of 164 children who were taken from the Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions. These children later said that representatives of russian social services directly told them they would be transferred to russian families for “re-education”.
● The ECHR granted Lithuania’s request to participate in Ukraine’s case against russia on the grounds of military aggression and human rights violations, the Lithuanian Ministry of Justice reported. Lithuania joined the case as a third party along with 25 other European countries.
● Air defence forces destroyed 11 out of 16 kamikaze drones used by russians to attack Ukraine at night. The attack was carried out from the eastern coast of the Azov Sea and the Bryansk region of russia.
● AFU General Staff: the russian military, with the active support of local collaborators, is increasing the number of torture chambers in the temporarily occupied and seized territories of Ukraine. Thus, a new torture chamber was discovered in the southeastern part of Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region.
● The Slovak government approved the transfer of 13 MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine – Prime Minister Eduard Heger.

What you need to know about the situation in Ukraine as of 18 March:
LVIV. At night, russians hit non-residential buildings in the Yavoriv district of Lviv region with three drones; three more were shot down by air defence forces – regional military administration.
DNIPRO. Last night, two russian kamikaze drones hit a critical infrastructure facility in Novomoskovsk, causing severe damage, the regional military administration said. At the same time, the military of the Vostok Air Command destroyed three enemy drones in the skies over the region.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. According to local authorities, russian occupants struck the city with S-300 missiles, damaging a catering facility.
KHERSON. Over the past day, russians shelled the region 50 times. Three people were wounded, the regional military administration reported.
DONBAS. The General Staff reports that defence forces repelled over 100 enemy attacks on the frontline over the last day. According to Land Army Commander Oleksandr Syrsky, the enemy has deployed all its troops in Bakhmut and is trying to surround the city. In someareas, Ukrainian units are having partial success.
