280-й день повномасштабної війни в Україні. Наша стражденна українська земля спливає кров’ю від десятків тисяч снарядів та ракет, що вже протягом 9 місяців ворог запускає по наших мирних містах і селах. Тільки минулої доби російськими ударами зруйновано лікарні на Сумщині і в Херсоні. Загинув 15-річний хлопчик, який просто прийшов до лікаря на прийом. Маємо забезпечити справедливе покарання усім, хто винен у цих страшних злочинах. Попри надзвичайно великі російські втрати окупанти все ще намагаються наступати на Донеччині, закріпитися на Луганщині і Херсонщині, рухатися на Харківщині. Наші захисники надійно тримають оборону, а кожен з нас – тил. Українська сміливість руйнує усі ворожі наміри та плани. Ми вже поховали ворожу регулярну армію, російські мобілізовані та найманці продовжують гинути сотнями щодня. А Україна продовжує стояти – самостійна і незалежна. Кожен із нас Воїн! Цифри дня:
- Генштаб ЗСУ: Минулої доби ворог завдав 2 ракетних ударів по цивільних об’єктах населеного пункту Ковшарівка на Харківщині та міста Слов’янськ Донецької області, а також здійснив 47 авіаційних ударів та 35 обстрілів із РСЗВ по позиціях наших військ.
- Країни НАТО продовжать посилювати політичну і практичну підтримку України та допоможуть у захисті від ракетних атак — заява міністрів за підсумками зустрічі в Бухаресті.
- На відновлення України потрібно понад трильйон доларів, — заявив Президент Зеленський. Як оголосила голова Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляйєн, планується створити фонд із заморожених 300 млрд євро російських активів та 19 млрд приватних активів для компенсації збитків нашої держави.
- Перша леді Олена Зеленська під час виступу у британському парламенті закликала цю країну стати лідером у глобальних зусиллях для створення спеціального трибуналу щодо злочину агресії росії проти України й для повернення справедливості.

- Одеська міська рада підтримала рішення про демонтаж та перенесення пам’ятника Катерині II та Олександру Суворову з центру міста. Відповідне рішення підтримали 43 голосами, проти ніхто не голосував.
Що важливо знати про ситуацію в Україні станом на 30 листопада:
СУМИ. росіяни обстріляли лікарню у місті Білопілля, зафіксовано 20 прильотів. Снаряди вибухали тоді, коли в медустанові вівся прийом. Зруйновано частину лікарні. Повідомляється про загибель 15-річного хлопчика.

ХЕРСОН. У місті під ракетний обстріл потрапила обласна клінічна лікарня. У будівлі вибиті вікна; ніхто не постраждав. Після відступу російських військ у селі Правдіно під Херсоном знайшли поховання з тілами шістьох українців, убитих пострілами, повідомила The New York Times.
ЗАПОРІЖЖЯ. Внаслідок нічного обстрілу пошкоджено газорозподільний пункт в одному із населених пунктів Запорізької області. Виникла пожежа, без газу залишилися три вулиці. За інформацією обласної військової адміністрації, люди не постраждали.
ДНІПРО. Біля 30 снарядів випустив цієї ночі ворог по Нікополю та Марганецькій громаді. Про жертви не повідомляється.

ДОНБАС. Окупанти продовжують вести наступ на Бахмутському та Авдіївському напрямках. У Лимані росіяни завдали удару з РСЗВ Град по житловому сектору, внаслідок чого одна людина загинула, троє поранені, повідомили в Офісі президента. В Луганській області українські військові поступово просуваються у бік Сватового та Кремінної, повідомив голова ОВА Сергій Гайдай. Також з’явилася інформація, що окупанти проводять в області «націоналізацію» майна агропромислових підприємств. Зокрема, у населеному пункті Білокуракине вивозять урожай і техніку з місцевих агрофірм.

280th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Our suffering Ukrainian land is bleeding from tens of thousands of shells and missiles that the enemy has been launching at our peaceful towns and villages for nine months. Only yesterday, russian strikes destroyed hospitals in Sumy and Kherson regions. A 15-year-old boy who just came to the doctor’s appointment was killed. We must ensure fair punishment for all those guilty of these terrible crimes. Despite the hefty russian losses, the occupants are still trying to advance in the Donetsk region, gain a foothold in Luhansk and Kherson regions, and move into the Kharkiv region. Our army reliably holds the defence, and each of us holds the rear. Ukrainian courage destroys all terrorists’ intentions and plans. We have already buried the enemy’s regular army, russian mobilised and mercenaries continue to die in hundreds every day. And Ukraine continues to stand – independent and sovereign. - AFU General Staff: Yesterday, the enemy launched 2 missile attacks on civilian objects in Kovsharivka, Kharkiv region, and Sloviansk, Donetsk region, as well as carried out 47 air strikes and 35 attacks with MLRS at the positions of our troops.
- NATO Allies will continue to strengthen political and practical support to Ukraine and help protect it from missile attacks – ministerial statement following the meeting in Bucharest.
- More than a trillion dollars is needed to restore Ukraine, President Zelenskiy said. As announced by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, it is planned to create a fund from frozen 300 billion euros of russian assets and 19 billion private assets to compensate for the losses of our state.

- During her speech in the British Parliament, First Lady Olena Zelenska called on the UK to become a leader in global efforts to establish a special tribunal for the crime of russian aggression against Ukraine and to restore justice.
- Odesa City Council supported the decision to dismantle and move the monument to Catherine II and Alexander Suvorov from the city centre. 43 votes supported the relevant decision, and no one voted against it.
What is important to know about the situation in Ukraine as of November 30:
SUMY. russians shelled a hospital in Bilopillya, where 20 arrivals were recorded. The shells exploded when the medical institution was receiving patients. Part of the hospital was destroyed. A 15-year-old boy was reported dead.

KHERSON. The regional clinical hospital came under rocket fire in the city. Windows were smashed in the building; no one was injured. After the retreat of russian troops, a grave with the bodies of six Ukrainians killed by gunfire was found in the village of Pravdino near Kherson, The New York Times reported.
ZAPORIZHZHIA. A gas distribution point in one of the region’s settlements was damaged due to night shelling. A fire broke out; three streets were left without gas. According to the regional military administration, people were not injured.
DNIPRO. The enemy fired about 30 shells at Nikopol and Marhanets communities last night. No casualties were reported.

DONBAS. Occupants continue to advance at the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions. russians struck a residential sector in Lyman with Grad multiple rocket launchers, killing one person and wounding three others, the Presidential Office reported. In the Luhansk region, Ukrainian troops are gradually advancing towards Svatove and Kreminna, said the head of the regional military administration Sergey Gaidai. There is also information that the occupants are “nationalising” the property of agricultural enterprises in the region. In particular, in the village of Bilokurakyne, they are taking away crops and equipment from local agricultural companies.
